Need coffee makers in hotel rooms and full length mirrors. Love the security systems you have in place. It made me feel safer when by myself. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Very good breakfast. Everything was hot and delicious. Thank you

Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and clean area . My husband didn’t care for the sausage, but I loved the bacon (crispy).

First time staying here. Everything was great

The staff, rooms, and hotel in general were very nice. The casino was not up to our expectations. Most of the staff were nice with the exception of the lady at the rewards counter. They installing a new sign so only one person was available. She clearly did not want to be there. Very rude attitude and short. Because of this woman making our experience less than desirable and tables being closed untill 6 or 7 and the minimum go up shortly after that. We will not go back.

This place is a gem, was very pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed watching the greyhounds race, wish they would put a little more effort into that product.

Rooms are very clean. The start is friendly. And the buffet breakfast is great. I would recommend it to everyone.

Had a big parking lot for my race car trailer and truck. Great restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was a little weak. Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Comfortable room and bed. Easy access to the Casino. Friendly staff throughout. Our only disappointment was that the check in clerk mentioned the restaurants but didn’t say that one was closed that night. We had to leave the property to get the type of dinner that we wanted.

Hotel was wonderful. First floor rooms have walk-in showers, fourth floor is super quiet. Casino was clean. No smoking. French restaurant, pizza stand and concession style food. However, zero coffee access. Coffee station in lobby at night was either empty or cold. Also still empty at 7AM when breakfast buffet was scheduled to begin. No coffee maker in room. No microwave.

French quarters was a big letdown and the breakfast was trash and hard to get service on the gaming floor

I enjoy coming here to be able to sleep and gamble all in one place.I wish it had more restaurants near by to pick from.
