Clean updated room, friendly staff, and good free breakfast.

Great stay, as always. Very clean, staff was great. Had the best hamburger I've had in a long time, at the grill on the casino floor. Looking forward to future stays.

The young man iding by the entrance was very rude, acted like it was a hassle to let us in however when we left the older gentleman was awesome

We stayed here for the Mothman Festival in Point Pleasant. The customer service was amazing. Everyone from the hotel to the casino were helpful and courteous. As a couple who doesn’t gamble, they were very helpful on how games and machines work. The hotel is well maintained and our room was nice. The bar service on the first floor was excellent. The food in the casino was fantastic. The only issues were small ones: first, the breakfast on our first day was exceptional, the second day’s breakfast left more to be desired. Also the dining area in the hotel is a bit too small for the amount of guests each morning, and finding a table at certain times can be tricky. And lastly, a pool would be a nice addition to make the property truly a 4-star hotel. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was excellent, they found me a charger for my phone, superb service, very helpful and kind.

The hotel was very welcoming as you enter the lobby. There is a bar and nice sitting area. The free breakfast buffet was an added plus. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The rooms we had were comfortable with a good mattress on the bed, a comfortable chair, a nice TV, and a desk area. The bathrooms were clean and functioned well, although as a senior, I would have preferred a shower only instead of a tub/shower combination. The hotel provided a nice variety of food for the free breakfast buffet every morning, and the food was quite good. The hotel is connected to the casino by an enclosed walkway, which is great so you do not have to worry about coats or umbrellas, etc. The casino has a couple of places to eat in it and there are several restaurants within a 2 mile radius. All in all, a very good to excellent stay.

Clean rooms- newly renovated. Breakfast was decent as far as hotels go. Will be back.

Rooms are fine, nothing special but nothing really to complain about either.

Room was clean and the casino was smoke free which is a huge plus

Checkin staff were friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff needs to inform guests that key card is required to access the floor to their rooms. Information that I could have used to make taking person in a wheelchair up the elevator an easier task.
