Everything was great! Pool was wonderful. Bar and grille were tasty and worker very friendly.

We did let kids try the indoor pool and water was very cold. Kids still swam. Shocking since the covered terrarium is so warm in there. Several chairs need replaced in. The pool area from dry rot. All in all nice place for short stay . The pool water could have been little warmer inside pools usually aren’t that cold. The chairs in pool area several are in bad shape and torn. Only other, we did put out “room service “ tag on door when left for towels but when return late in evening no one came. I was able to get at desk very easy so all was good.

It was fine for an overnight stay. The pool was not in the best shape and the pool house was almost unbearably hot. The room had a weird, unpleasant smell. We decided to just deal with it for the night, but we booked elsewhere for our return trip back through.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Didn't get room keys that worked properly. Difficulty controling room temperature. Beds were a bit hard.

Staff super nice; great breakfast, good price.

The pool was freezing cold. When you were in your room you could hear absolutely everything going on outside of your room. The shampoo and body wash inside the room were enough for one person one time use. Definitely not enough for 3 people staying there. The beds were super uncomfortable. The only thing this hotel had that was good was their breakfast.

Very nice we spent one night room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast bar in the morning was fantastic

The hotel smelled bad and the doors looked like someone was beating them and they can be opened very easily.

Staff was friendly. Pool area looked really nice as did the fitness center and main entry. The hotel is advertised as 100% non-smoking, but our room smelled heavily of smoke. Perhaps the carpets need ripped out and replaced to eliminate the smell. It looked like our room had some updates, but other parts of it looked pretty worn. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay there for more than that.

Pool was dirty, murky. The outside pool is out of service. There is no hot tub. The carpet down the hall ways are disgusting.

We stayed at this location while we were travelling through on our way back home. Overall, I was not very impressed. Check-in was good and my boys loved the pizza, but it was very apparent that this location is outdated and smelled old. The outside doors were never locked, so that didn't make me feel very secure. The rooms were okay and somewhat clean, but the walls were very thin and air conditioner not the greatest. The pool was okay, but looked very dated and was very stuffy (as the air vent was falling down and not in use). The grille was okay. The server was not the warmest, but did allow us to order the kids pizza about 15 minutes before closing (they said it was really cheesy but good).
