Upon our return we were served by the wonderful Michaela on the reception desk. She was polite, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room was spacious and quiet with cool aircon and comfy beds. Up early for breakfast which was varied and tasty with the best coffee of our trip so far.

The room was clean but the vent in the bathroom was incredibly dirty and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The staff did not focus any amenities when we checked in and the clientele was sketchy to say the least.

Nice hotel for the price. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Outside was clean and well maintained.

Pool closed for maintenance, otherwise very nice.

Not anything the hotel could control but very large groups of very loud children running up and down the halls all evening and all morning.

I canceled the second night and found another hotel better price, cleaner and in downtown close to bars and restaurants

Property was okay for the price. Four ice machines and only one worked!

Pool was not available and the outside pool has been closed. This was not mentioned when I made my reservation.

I need you all to call so I can get part of a refund because rented a suite and we got there. They didn’t have it so they had to give me a regular room and they said they couldn’t give me a discount or refund until you all called them because it was third-party still waiting on someone from your company to get a hold of the Wyndham to get my money

Needs some refreshing. The hallway carpet and room carpet is very old. Our AC smelled like mildew. Beds were comfy and breakfast was fine. The pool pump was being repaired while we were there but they told us that at check in. It was fine for one night.

The rooms could definitely use a coat of paint. I didn't find any bugs, but they need to clean better. The mirror was dirty and there was no hair dryer. Over all it was just OK.

Parking was easy & felt safe. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The pool area was nice. Carpets in the hallways could use some upgrade. Doors to some of the rooms need cleaned up.

Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.
