Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Dallas at Preston by IHG

The entrance into the parking lot is a little confusing due to the location. The breakfast was ok as to be expected. The room conditions were pretty good.

The bed was comfortable and for the most part it was clean except there was hair on the floor I didn’t like that the conference room was at the entrance and it was super loud everytime you passed by due to an event

Clean. Convenient . I don’t like the clean up staff. My check out time is 11am. First they come bang on my door at around 8:30 ish am to check if I left yet. I lock the extra lock so they can’t open. 2nd time they bang my door again at almost 10am. I was super mad. I come to rest and it’s not my check out time yet. I feel like they’re rushing to kick me out. I don’t care if I don’t hang the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door. If it’s not time to check out then don’t come bang on the door like that. So annoying and rude

Everything was good just Shower curtain was dirty.

Place was excellent. They even provided me with complimentary deodorant and toothpaste.

Loved are stay! Family enjoyed the room, enjoyed are Breakfast, we loved the pool. Everything was as it Should be.

This was an amazing stay, very conveniently located and also in a safe area of the city. Very clean, friendly staff, awesome pool and fitness center- great breakfast and the beds were super comfortable too. Will stay again when we return.

Breakfast has plenty of hot choices, from pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits, yogurt, cereal … lots of choices. Comfortable bed, clean restrooms, helpful and friendly staff.

Clean, awesome bfast and staff, friendly — clean comfortable rooms highly recommend! Over flow parking was necessary because hotel lot was full

Booked online with 2 beds, got to hotel checked into room with 1 bed. Went to front desk to change room and the confirmation of 2 beds…he was rude about it.
