AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas by the Galleria

Was only one person checking in with more than 5-6 people in line and steady coming in. Check in person was skilled and excellent but had to apologize and thank us for being patient.

Excellent stay! Thank you.

A lil expensive on weekdays

I would recommend AC hotel for a stay.

Very clean, friendly staff, and located in a walkable area. We’ll be back to this hotel!

The room was clean staff was friendly and welcoming. It is LGBTQ friendly and good parking/ not too busy for traffic from highways and galleria area

Everything is good.

Very good

The property was clean and the staff was polite. The manager gave my husband and I drink tickets for our 10 year wedding anniversary on the day of our arrival. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because our lights didn’t work at the entrance when you first walk into the run. I did let the front desk know of this and nothing was done to fix it, the lady response was oh ok. I was like wow. Other than that everything else was good.

Superb

Todo espectacular

Excellent customer service. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and nice.

The hotel does not offer microwaves in rooms, the only microwave is a very long walk to the Residence side of the hotel, and then it was hard to find. Most of the pool chairs were broken. Maid service never came, even after taking to them. There were no carts to load up our suit cases and belongings on, which we had to make 3 trips to our room which was a trek. When we checked out, another group of ladies were also frustrated due to no carts. I would not stay at this hotel again. Thank you

Very clean & close to everything

I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was so aesthetically pleasing, and I loved the atmosphere and overall vibe of the lobby. Everything felt welcoming, modern, and beautifully designed. I especially LOVED the gym! I just wish I had more time during my stay to fully enjoy it. The pool was super clean and inviting, and my room was just as clean and comfortable. Overall, I had such a great experience and will definitely be making this hotel my new go-to whenever I’m in the area. I can’t wait to stay again!

The AC Hotel is a lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and updated. The breakfast was very good with Marriott quality food. The bar had a good mix of cocktails and beer selections. I would definitely return.

Exceptional

Very good

I would have preferred to know that the parking was $26 a day beforehand.
