The overall facility is convenient to every thing. Clean, great size rooms, directly across from Galleria. Staff was nice and friendly— carpet needs replaced in areas

Very conveniently located to the Galleria and Netflix House.

Over the years I have stayed here often. The breakfast buffet is one of the primary reasons. As good as you will find, anywhere. The rooms are a nice size and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. If you like shopping, walk across the street to The Galleria!!!

Excellent location. With the Galleria right across the street, we just walked right into Macy’s. It was close enough to all the places we wanted to go, the furthest being the ballpark, but that was only 30 minutes away. The staff were very nice and very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We’re definitely staying here again on our next trip to Dallas.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice but was a bit dark with the only windows facing the interior courtyard. Bed was somewhat lumpy but ok. Clean, but feels a little dated.

For the price I paid I expected the property to look better. In my room the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in several spots, plumbing was loose in the shower, bed outlet did not work, fridge was not clean, 2 light bulbs burnt out, and the pillows on the bed were god awful. I will not be staying at this property again.
