Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria

I love to stay at Le Meridien Dallas Galleria. This is my third time to stay here and I’ve been hooked ever since my first time a few years ago. Anytime I come to Dallas I’d like to be able to choose the Meridian Galleria. You’re getting high-end comfort, style, and amenities for an affordable price. It has a full service bar with restaurant services and room service. It’s directly across the street from the Dallas Galleria. So it’s very close to lots of shopping and dining. I will definitely say here again.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi was also great for the first 2 days. My last day the Wi-fi was choppy for about 1 hour but got better later. Great bedding also. The AC was a bit loud but I think that is b/c it was 101 degrees in Dallas the week I was staying, so the AC had to work hard to keep the room kool and it did a good job at keeping the temperature nice and kool.

From when I came in the bar was set high. The young lady that checked me accommodated me over and beyond and answered all my questions. Felt at home. Breakfast outstanding all staff was awesome!

Rooms are outdated, tvs are 20 years old and don’t work well.

The lobby must have had an issue because it was warmer and humid and there were several large fans. We had to switch rooms. We returned to find a small flood in the bathroom and the sink was filled with

Parking was $50+. The AC was out in the entire lobby. It made it hot in the rooms & you can only turn AC down to 65. The TV is so outdated. The WiFi is horrible. Basic cable only. No vending machines worked. The lamps were broken and hanging sideways.

Mold in bathroom, torn wallpaper in guest room, ripped upholstery on furniture. Do not stay here!

We ended up needing two beds instead of the king we booked. The desk staff was very accommodating and changed our reservation needs.
