Pool was much smaller than expected. Great check in process and great large room. Had dinner from the bar area. Portions not too big, but tasty and good price for hotel. Great breakfast included with stay!

Another issue was that whenever the guest in the neighboring room cooked, the smell would seep into my room. The odor was so strong that it made it difficult to breathe comfortably and disrupted my ability to sleep. I also asked the front desk for assistance with the Wi-Fi, but the receptionist was unable to help, explaining that they were the only staff member on duty. While I understand that staffing limitations happen, I was disappointed that no alternative solution or additional support was offered. Before checking out, I asked if it would be possible to extend my checkout time from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. since my flight did not depart until 6:00 p.m. I was informed that the only option was to book and pay for an additional night, which felt unreasonable for a two-hour extension. Overall, this was not the experience I expected. The cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, strong odors from the neighboring room, lack of assistance with Wi-Fi, and inflexible checkout policy made my stay disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Superb

Spacious room with a large working desk and easy accessible power connections. Ideal for business travellers. 2 min. walk from a large shopping mall. Very spacious lobby. Breakfast on Saturday morning was quite different than Friday morning ; no waffles, no mixed fruit, plastic cutlery instead of metal and carton plates.. Not that standard you would expect at this price range..

Absolutely lovely property. All in one great place to hole up for a film crew or a longer stay. The fridge, showers etc all top notch Nice view. A second lighted vanity etc. Very well thought out! Ac was very cold. Parking was confusing and weirdly located. There was hardly ever anyone working the front desk I. The residence inn side.

It was clean and updated. Lots of room to lounge outside of your hotel room. Nice pool.

Room was nice and clean, the breakfast was pretty good. Stayed with someone with a disability and due to the staff allowing a pool party by one of the families staying there we were unable to access the pool lift for those who are disabled. There were also people smoking weed and staff didn’t seem to care.

The breakfast it is the most horrible breakfast that I have been eating. Nothing was good?, not even the coffee ?
