Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas by the Galleria

Liked the property-it is big. The room was clean and comfortable. My fur baby liked it too. Not sure if this was intentional but we were sort of away from others with the dog so when she whined a little it didn’t disturb anyone. The only thing that was very odd and NOT the hotels fault—there was a very strong smell of weed almost everywhere we went. Guess some would consider that a perk!!

Being charged for parking on the entire three day I spent there even though I did have a car to park. I had someone pick me up and drop me off in front of the hotel for those three days. And that person did not park. They said I will be refunded.

I was charged 28 00 I left to hours early

Great place to stay good location for shopping and food and the airport only few minutes away.

I had trouble to open my room door , but the staff take care inmedialy

Place and location was nice. The only thing we didn't like was the bldg was kinda hard to find as there were no signage / street number. Breakfast was alright. Pool was kinda small but nice to have. Overall would recommend

The location was convenient For as nice as the hotel is and how it is for one night the lady working the front desk named Ada was very short and did not give any information about the stay unless I asked for the information myself. Had to ask how much the deposit was, how much parking was, what time the breakfast was. All she said was for me to swipe my card and handed me the room keys.??

The staff at this hotel is very nice. I especially want to thank Ada who went out of her way to help me during the check in process. It was because of her kindness that I wanted to take the time to leave this review. Overall our room was pretty comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was also fitted nicely and very clean. I would have given the room a perfect comfort score if the sofa cushions weren't so spongy. The sofa cushions are starting to break down and get a little spongy. Also, the lighting is pretty dim.
