They didnt even honor my reservation and let me check in, and then they tried to scam me with a bunch of fees. Staff was extremely rude as well. Would not recommend

It is sfe for solo women travellers I have stayed here for more than 3 months but i asked for deposit waiver for 2 to 3 times because i got stuck with my flight issues and they were treating me like i am asking for a free stay. I mean this was pathetic that i never complained about anything when there were a lot of things i could have like the toilet, utensils, room cleaning and a lot of other things.

Its fine, dont spend your money on it go somewhere else. They had renovations and they moved me so many times to different rooms with all the stuff but i never complained, i should have done it.

The safety and location There is no room service even if you stay for 2 months or 6 months. U have to sleep and stay without cleaning the room and bathroom even after you say at the front desk no one shows up, which is very weird that the cleaning staff never shows up until u checkout and if you extend your stay they will just vanish.

I arrived around 11pm, and there were at least 4-5 suites with trash bags outside the door. When I opened my suite door, there was a cockroach on the counter. The bed at some faint stains. I just couldn’t stay on the property after seeing this.

The fact that it said "no smoking facility" yet every hallway smelled like weed. And we asked for a change of room.

We needed a Kitchenette. The low price seemed too good to be true. There are renovations going on but that did not affect us. It was worth every dollar.

The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating! There was construction going on in the building and there was an unpleasant smell which I’m assuming could be because of the paint/construction.

Good for the stay.

Stay was awful This hotel has roaches, the elevator stop working at one point, the microwave in the room was broken and hotel is under construction which is very inconvenient!

Washer and dryer dryer were not available due 2 construction Say that on app u washed and dry are not available and are under construction

Kitchen appliances were kept and few things like salt / pepper etc which are very much needed were in the room

Bed was comfortable Was not warned that they where under construction the smell was horrible

The location was convenient The hotel failed to inform guests that major renovations were taking place during the stay. The second floor was under renovation, causing strong and unpleasant smells throughout the property, including the elevators and hallways. In addition, the elevator was out of service for the last three days, creating major inconvenience. The ground floor also became under renovation during the stay, making the overall environment noisy, unclean, and uncomfortable. Due to these conditions, I had to leave three days earlier than planned.
