Front desk staff was awesome. Great service all arpoyd! They only have pork options for breakfast with no non pork options. Breakfast was very limiting and not good at all.

Great location if you are looking to shop at the Galleria mall next door - super close to the freeway and on the way to DFW Airport. Very comfortable and evrything a Sheraton Breakfast offering is a little underwhelming, but with the shops and plenty of food stops nearby its not a big deal. Very close to the freeway - like next door, so if you want quiet this isnt it.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was also perfect and convenient. The customer service truly made our experience special. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Had to stand in water more than ankle deep when taking a shower. Reported it to staff each morning (three night stay) but the issue was never resolved.
