Tropicana Inn & Suites Dallas

Roach crawling in room, I smashed it. Mildew actively growing on filthy shower curtain. Stains on the bed spread. I had to tinker for 30 minutes to get anything to show on the tv. Wifi was present but no one offered me the password. Air conditioner filter was so filthy the dust was protruding from it, unhealthy! The staff seemed amucable, and most things were plenty clean.

It was clean and friendly

I was able to drink coffee. The room was spacious. The TV was large. The refrigerator is leaking water. The room key card is reset and unusable every day. It's far from the station. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

Everyone was very nice and the room was pretty good The nearest train station is 30 minutes walk and there is nothing nearby.

Good location to the airport, but could do with a spruce up and a lick of paint.

Good enough to sleep, fridge didn't work, water was leaking fr shower, check in was easy, it could use some tlc

It seemed quiet at first but the silence was soon gone teplaced by someone stumping on the next floor level It was saturated with bugs (roaches and more roaches) everywhere the shower/tub all over my food my clothing.. I was so uncomfortable that I almost slept in my car for the night.

The room was not well maintained. The shower curtain was old and showed signs of mold. The bed sheets and blanket were worn out and even torn in places. The refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the toiletries were limited. I won’t even mention the long wait at the front desk before anyone arrived to check me in.
