The outside of property needs cleaning. Smoking shouldn't be allowed right next door to entry.no real area for pets to go potty or walk. Put in special requests and no one reads until you arrive so really slows down check in process. Roof top restaurant ok overpriced for a somewhat limited menu

Our room was impeccable, the staff was extremely friendly and the parking was across the street. The rooftop bar was stunning in the evening. The cocktails were pricey but we've come to accept that since covid

Staff was extremely friendly, from the valet to front desk. Elevators, lobby and rooms were very clean.

Hotel was great! Parking garage right across the street was nice. The valet parking was a mess. I couldn't pull under the canopy in front because there were cars parked everywhere. And then at about 2 in the morning there was a couple cars outside revving their engines. Not a good night of sleep.

Simply outstanding! Felt like a King in his castle. 2 old Hillbillies from Kentucky have never been treated nicer or with more respect!!! If ever in Dayton again, we'll stay here again!
