Charming restored Victorian house right in the midst of Dayton's equally charming Oregon District (nice restaurants, coffee shops, pubs...) We were unaware that 5th street is closed to traffic each Friday afternoon through the weekend. If you come by car it takes some creative traffic negotiation to get to and from the limited parking area (the GPS got confused by the one-way streets and alleyway). But, not a real problem once you figure it out...

Absolutely charming! A excellent location from which to explore Dayton’s vibrant Oregon District

A nice B&B that gives the impression of faded beauty. The room we were in was large and comfortable. But, although the walls appear freshly painted, overall the space could use a face lift. There are a number of interesting restaurants around the corner in a somewhat funky neighbourhood. Breakfast, such as it was, was minimal at best and not what one would expect at a B&B. Luckily, we were able to find a very nice breakfast restaurant a couple of miles away.

All was good. Breakfast could have been a little more robust.

This inn is a great place to stay in the Oregon historic district of Dayton. It is walking distance from several restaurants. The owner is an excellent host. You can meet her puppies. The rooms are comfortable . We truly love staying here.

Poor choices for breakfast.

We loved the building! Our room was lovely, very cozy while having incredible wood carvings and arches and high ceilings! It’s such a nice, historic space and it’s well kept! The breakfast is continental, which is not a problem, I just would have loved for that to be clearer before arrival.

We really enjoyed the unique, charming house in a great location! Wish we could've stayed longer. Private floor to ourselves, continental breakfast, comfortable beds, and a welcoming living area. Excellent communication with the owner too! We checked in at night, so it was a little unexpected, but she gave us great instructions.

The best accommodation in Dayton. Very friendly owners, all the comforts of home. Great breakfast, available 24/7. All excellent

I really liked the jacuzzi tub, the amenities were very thoughtful! The wine bar was a lovely touch! The location was incredible! Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. I didn't love how stiff the mattress was but not a big deal!

Private room. Nothing.

Location and very bad ventilation

Location was great for my needs. Lots of good restaurants very close by. Facility was nice, owner very friendly and helpful. They have a wine bar there, too. This is not a five-star lux hotel, but a decent, cozy, and comfortable B&B. Good, do-it-yourself continental breakfast. Cereal, toast, yogurt, English muffins, coffee/tea, orange juice & such. Not a sumptuous spread, but more than enough to get one going for the day. My 'suite' had a kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom, all private. Stairs, but I managed fine. It's an old (19th Century) house, so no elevator, etc.

It was the location I wanted, and each guest gets a parking spot. I was able to walk to the Dragons baseball games, and to several murals in the area. Google doesn't give the best directions.

Leslie was the hostess with the Mostest. My husband and I felt at home. I love B&Bs. Way more personable than a hotel! Can't praise enough. No other place to stay in Dayton.
-
The privacy, the jacuzzi, the bed. different food choices. I say that so that people can save money instead of having to order food. Also instructions on where to put the linen should probably be visual so that we don't forget. Other than that our stay was perfect

Great all around. A home away from home. Spacious suite, excellent breakfast. Very friendly owners. I keep coming back. All good.
-
friendly environment and centrally located. Loud bar right behind it :( Wear the earplugs!

The champagne suite was huge! It had the kitchen stocked with some snacks and breakfast items! The hot tub room was lovely. Location close to several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. Loved the record player once we figured it out lol. The place is dated but it gives the nostalgic vibes that make you remember life before cell phones took over. Having the wine shop right on site was nice and convenient too. Parking was convenient! Maybe guests of the b&b should get a couple taste for free. We didn't love spending $4 for a sip of the wine we ended up getting anyway. The bathroom could use some additional counter space. Recycling bins in the rooms would be a sustainable touch.

Leslie is a very friendly, helpful and cheerful person, which makes the accommodation even better. The location is excellent and there are several food options nearby. I traveled to Dayton solely to visit the United States Air Force Museum. Nothing that really affects the stay or its evaluation, but the outside of the house needs a complete restoration to further improve the experience.
