Clean, and “easy” hotel for a ball game, literally across the street from the stadium. Couldn’t be better for that.

The positives about our stay: The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean and the shower pressure was solid. I did not eat at the continental breakfast, but other family members said it was good with lots of options. Improvements needed: The pool area had many lights out and the water was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet when you looked down. The sink in my room did not drain. The A/C worked but did not dry out the room. The room smelled dank and moldy. You could hear sounds from the hallway and rooms next door. I could hear a dog barking next door very clearly. I will try another hotel when I return to Grand Haven.

It would have gotten 5 stars but breakfast service is disappointing. They put everything out first thing and if it runs out, too bad! We came down at 8am on a Saturday and it was already picked over. Room was very clean.

microwave in room did not rotate properly. carpet in room was torn. breakfast selectin was minimal. would have liked to have information about local activities. personal at front desk were helpful.

Here for the Dragons 5k! We've stayed here the last couple years and have always been satisfied with everything. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Property well maintained and the breakfast was superb.

The king room was very spacious, being a corner room at the front of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing out of place was a long rip in the carpeting. Found out later from the building engineer, the building has been settling and all the corner rooms have the same issue. He's complained but because the hotel is slated for renovation, they're waiting until then to fix them. It's not a deal breaker but you do notice it. We were barely able to catch breakfast which was tasty, love the self-serve waffles.

The staff were amazing. The proximity to the downtown was excellent with plenty of places to eat, and a small grocery store nearby. Across the street from the baseball park as well.

Very good, good location!

Good location. Great view out of my room. Go eat at Canal St Deli and Arcade - I took food to go from there both nights and it was fantastic.
