Front desk said breakfast buffet and there was not

Really cute hotel right in downtown. I was there less than 24 hours, yet the room was cozy and the bathroom large!

The house cleaners were the best part of our stay - super friendly and approachable. The hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed by our existence. Late to acknowledge our arrival, I thought I’d walked in the wrong entrance because no one would acknowledge us for so long. Breakfast waitstaff was slow to arrive and then snappy/gloomy about serving us, seemed annoyed that our arrival and requests interrupted her conversations. Missing door handle in bathroom, very leaky shower head.

I let the front desk know and they offered to move us to another room. We were fine where we were, already ready for bed. The front desk staff broiled us up free breakfast vouchers which was very nice. $30.52 for valet parking for less than 12 hrs is ridiculous. Our waitress for breakfast was by far the best part of our stay! She was delighted to help up, very attentive and friendly! She needs a raise! You want to keep the front desk staff and that waitress, you don’t find quality like that everywhere and train the housekeeping crew a little better!

The room was very nice, but an issue with the HVAC gave one of us a very poor night. Upon bringing it up to the staff in the morning, they promised to investigate and move us. Latrease was very helpful both in making note of my concern in-person, and in facilitating the fix on her end. While we were out for the day they moved our belongings (with my permission) to an identical room on a different floor, even placing chargers and soap in the same orientation. Not only was the issue resolved, but they also gave vouchers for the restaurant that we ended up enjoying immensely. I'm fully satisfied with how the staff corrected the issue and would strongly recommend this hotel.

It's fine. The staff was somewhat rude and unhelpful and the room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. For the price, I would expect a little more. Also, charging $3 for water is a joke

Great experience, would stay there again

My daughter, husband and I had reserved and paid for two rooms with king size beds. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms. The second issue was the air conditioners in both room. When the air conditioner would cycle on, it was extremely loud. It was so loud, none of us slept very well. It was so loud , it would wake us up every time it would go on. The third problem was only in my room and it was the shower. The door of the sliding door in the shower would not stay closed so water flooded the floor.

The location is terrific. Walking distance from Lincoln sites and other historic downtown sites will go there many times as before for that alone, not to mention the hotel itself aAlso close to Maldaners, such a good and historic restaurant. Don't stay in the outskirts in you can stay in the city center I watched people for the deaf convention being ignored as other check ins barged past them. I did point to the deaf people waiting to check in, but it didn't seem to matter.

Everything was wonderful. Bed and pillows were so nice, slept like a baby staff amazing too and this morning brunch was amazing. Highly recommend!
