Hotel Ardent Dayton Downtown, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

We stayed for a wedding a couple weeks ago, we thought the hotel was so nice that we went this weekend just for a break and to eat at the restaurant, had a great time and would definitely stay again The restaurant was great and the room was comfortable

The housekeeping is very bad I contacted the fromt dest and tell them ill check out late and they told me thats ok but the housekeeping was knocking the door like they are trying to kick the door.

I enjoyed the breakfast meal vouchers with the room I had. If you purchase a room with breakfast vouchers it should also come with a dinner voucher that would be nice. There should also be a dedicated parking lot that does not require you to pay through an app but rather directly through the hotel booking and covers your entire stay.

Helpful staff and very nice place, we stayed one night for a wedding but will definitely be back, we’d like to try the restaurant next time, looks very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Best hotel stay I have had all year, and I have had A LOT. Everyone, from valet to front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant, were friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dayton.

Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The hotel had some thoughtful touches, like providing ear plugs for guests, even though I was not bothered by any noises.

Exceptional

Downtown Dayton is not particularly vibrant on a summer weekend or weekday but the hotel is very alive and welcoming. Front desk and valet service was solid. Had a very good light dinner and a very good breakfast. Room was super quiet with no discernible hallway noise and bed very comfortable.

Your staff was lovely and caring Breakfast wasn’t great but I appreciated that it existed. The coffee especially wasn’t great.

This place is absolutely amazing. The time are clean, the bed is comfy, it's quiet for downtown, and Isaac at the front desk is amazing. The restaurant is really good as well!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was amazing! What a great trip, we would definitely come back.

The best part of our stay was the valet. James and the entire valet staff were excellent. That is where excellence ends . The front desk was worthless. I stayed in a suite and asked for maid service after 2 days and never received any maid service. We ran out of coffee and asked the front desk for more and were told they didn’t have any. We couldn’t get anyone in the restaurant to get us coffee. Plus, on the TVs in the rooms it gave a welcome message but only in my husband’s name. Not mine, not Mr and Mrs. This offended me considerably because I made the reservation and it was paid by my credit card. I will not return nor can I recommend anyone stay there. Online it noted that this is a 4 star hotel. In our opinion it was a 2 at best.

Free laundry facilities for guest!!! The restaurants great breakfast. Nothing.
