Was a great stay right next to the University of Dayton and not far from most everything else. Several pools and a nice gym. Get a room on the sixth floor if you can. Restaurant is really nice.

Good location for the Air Force Museum, on site free parking, and two Tesla destination chargers. Whats not to like?

Enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hot tub. The restaurant was outstanding! Convenient to have the sundry store. Shuttle took us to Carillon Park- helpful. Staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.

This property has great stock photos, but don’t believe the hype. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was dirty. The filtration system wasn’t working. The water was cloudy and my husband spent a lot of time picking hair and bugs out. The hot tub was the same. It’s the only reason that we booked at this hotel as opposed to others because of the indoor outdoor pool. There was a dog in the pool as well which normally I wouldn’t mind, but the pool was already dirty. There was oxidation all over, and when the staff came to clean the room, they just pulled the covers on the bed and took away the dirty towels. The best thing was the server in the concierge lounge. She was an Asian woman who was very accommodating and kind and went above and beyond. When I told the front desk about the pool they sent someone to just scrape off the bugs but on the inside pool only. They didn’t come to the outside pool. I wonder how many health regulations were broken because the filtration system was not on.
