Always great staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the University of Dayton. Great restaurant. It's our first choice to stay in Dayton. Don't confuse this excellent hotel with the substandard Courtyard by Marriott located by the U of D Arena on Edwin Moses Blvd.

We were there with extended family members for my daughter university’s orientation. The dining room was an excellent place for gathering. We felt like we were sitting in our own home. It was comfortable and inviting. The complimentary shuttle was so convenient to get to and from campus. Not a thing. It was perfect
