This was a GREAT hotel! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was amazing! Clean, quiet, and modern. I wish we stayed longer. We will come back here for sure.

Needed a room in a emergency and The Marriott came thru. Started from the time i entered the foyer. Great help and clean surroundings along with surreal quietness made for a great stay!

Always great staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the University of Dayton. Great restaurant. It's our first choice to stay in Dayton. Don't confuse this excellent hotel with the substandard Courtyard by Marriott located by the U of D Arena on Edwin Moses Blvd.
