The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The burrito was so hard and nasty I couldn’t even eat it. Then when I realized that it costed $18 for it I was like why did I pay so much for it. Very disappointed

It was a short sleepover on our way to Nashville. Rooms were large and clean. It was great. No complaints.

The air did not work. We left it on 60 came back. It was still warm in the room. It was warm all night. We didn’t even sleep with covers on the neighbors next-door kept slamming their door and cussing each other out. I did call the front desk and then they must’ve came up because it stopped but then we woke up around 3 o’clock in the morning the smelling weed open the door the whole hallway smell like weed we ended up leaving at 4 o’clock in the morning because my boyfriend is not allowed to have weed in his system due to him being a truck driver so we did not want to take the chance because we could smell it in our room then was told that we were going to get a refund when I called to check about it. They said there was nothing about a refund. I’m still waiting on the general manager’s to return my phone call.

Everything was great about the place it was just that the breakfast and the meals was a little expensive I spent $50 for breakfast

It was convenient but wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. Hotel was falsely advertised as being fully renovated but we were not able to enjoy the amenities as advertised. Our room had drenched carpet due to a faulty ac unit. Mold was growing on furniture. Hot tub was out of order. We got moved to a new room and that room was better. Still some mold around the AC unit and the TV had issues. I would not advertise the hotel as being fully renovated when this is what's to be expected. When we went to the front desk to tell the staff, the woman finished my sentence before I got it out, about the wet carpet issue. So I can only assume they receive this complaint often. Anyhow, what was meant to be a much needed relaxing night away with my partner, ended up being a disappointment. Please do better for future guests.
