Cold ac. Great staff. Great room. Great time!

What a great little place to stay right by the beach! Super clean, just as described, very comfy bed, quiet despite being right by the road, and Joh Joh and Antonio were super helpful. My therapy dog was welcomed with open arms. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again.

The manager allowed me to access the cleaning and bedding closet to change the bed and bathroom necessities myself. The manager promised that I would be issued a refund for one nights stay, however has not returned my calls or emails since nor has issued said refund.

Nothing, left after viewing room for 10 min When we arrived there were roaches just outside the door. The door had openings all around it to the outside so we were concerned bugs would be on us if we stayed there. There was no hot water. The blinds were destroyed & it looked like the bathroom door has been kicked in. We immediately left and had to find other accommodations elsewhere. The staff there were completely unhelpful and gaslit us by saying there is hot water you just have to wait a few minutes for it to warm up. Which was not true.

Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music being played in the office could easily be heard through the door as well. When we entered the bathroom, there was a dehumidifier plugged in and running. We turned it off before going to bed, and by the next morning the bathroom smelled strongly like a wet dog, which led us to believe there may have been a moisture or water issue prior to our arrival. The bathroom towels were also still damp, as if they had not been fully dried before being placed in the room. The shower’s hot water only worked if the hot water in the bathroom sink was running at the same time. As soon as the sink water was turned off, the shower water immediately went cold. The kitchen supplies were also extremely limited. There were barely any utensils, and the cups and dishes did not match. There was only a tea cup and a coffee cup available.

You’ll have to put out your towels and anything needing washing each day. They take them and wash them and return. Place was clean, staff was nice. Good location.

Cute , quiet motel at the end of all the strip of bars and shops. Bed is comfy , staff is friendly and just a perfect spot right near beach access Nothing could have better it was great

This was our 3rd year staying here for the NCA Cheer competition. The rooms are always clean, and the owners are great about communication. This year we had the large room on the corner that is connected to what is now the office. We loved this room other than the fact you hear everything from the office

Was a comfortable inside and clean When i arrived i had to go to other room because what i booked had a plumping issue. I was asked if i wanna stay and i was like i might as well because i had unpacked already with my family.The room i had had a plumbing issue so at 9pm i was woken up to maintenance wanting to look at issues. Then was told will have to come back in am to fix it. So next day i get up to start my day and we left with no other thoughts and staff spoke to me with no other issues. Then around 11pm out with family i get a text telling me i need to come back and go to my original room and i was like im out with family. Why was t anything said when they saw me. Then i rushed told the room was book for someone else. How long was it gonna take me so i can move and room be cleaned. I was so upset. I had to stop in middle of meal to hurry back. No im sorry or sorry for inconvenience let me give you a discount nothing. My mini vacation was stress not relaxing.

I just wanted to let u know that the room good and comfortable. I only have 1 complaint ot suggestion, and thats a blind for the front window. The outside light lights up the entire room all night. It’s practically instant access to the beach and very close vicinity to shopping of all varieties. Also an awesome setup and classic feel. Wonderful place. Also very accommodating to pets and pet owners. I liked everything about it. It’s truly a dream stay and world class service and accommodations.

Staff and everyone is very friendly and polite. Let's start with check in. If you are not checking in Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm, you will have to call a number and hope they answer. It to about five calls before i got any response. It was about 8pm when i started calling. Then the staff took our bedding and towels to be washed and did not return any. We had no bedding for one night. The shower was scalding hot and after it was fixed it was cold. Very interesting place but it was not ideal for even the short time we spent in the rom.
