Ground floor room Rooms were tiny and the air conditioner did not cool the room at all

Room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, check in and check out was seemless.

The place was no frills and if a person wanted to make coffee or do some cooking it would have been necessary to bring along some of ones own cooking utensils. I made a trip to the Dollar Tree about 5 blocks away and bought the items I needed.

Horrible staff, shower trickled out, toilet clogged daily, thin sheets, bad smell

not enough parkingrooms arent cleanthey only change the sheets when asked to do sothe shower was never cleaned the whole week we were therethe manager was rude to us upon arrival because we were late arriving due to weatherprice of room changed

The water does get hot but it takes at least 15 minutes to get hot. The comforters were the only blankets on the bed and I was not covering up with that. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke but we bought an air freshener that absorbed the smell.

Even though this is an older property it is well kept up and extremely clean and well maintained. The location on the main drag of Daytona Beach has some traffic noise but is generally quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioner tends to be noisy

Bare essentials, no hair dryer, bath towels very thin and extremely small room had an odor and improper ventilation
