Baymont by Wyndham Intl Speedway/I-95/Daytona Beach

Drug addicts roaming all night sliding door hard to open then it wouldn't close the way. Or lock couldn't sleep do to an open door and very shady people wondering around all night. Bathroom still had hair from previous guest and mildew on the bedding.

Glass door to the rooms had duct tape from top to bottom. The hotel gallery way had pad locks to unlock the hallway, and the room key was a card because the key hole was puched out. Complete wreck and the room had two.double beds but one bed was ok on one side and completely sunk in on other. You could not sleep on the mattress. We were booked for a kimg size ,but those rooms were around back that had cars with rust parked permanently and people living in one part. The entire establishment should be investigated for saftey and health concerns. The problem was every hotel room was booked around so we were forced to stay one night. We were booked for three nights,but ended up leaving the next night and di not get a refund. Shame on Wyndham for promoting this as a suitable property due to the activity that took place in the middle of the night outside. It was deplorable conditoms. The front office staff lives on the site and the clients are very questionnable.They actually canceled our hotels .com reservation and did the reservation on site, so it does not even show the true nights we were suppose to stay. Disgusting place and people. I hope they are investigated and are shut down due to the conditions.

Trash everywhere outside the room, sketchy people outside the hotel, and all the windows broken out by the door to get into the hotel.

Hotel is old and outdated

The outside of the property is falling apart and very unkempt. The photos of the property are no where near what you actually get. The room was full of unpainted patchwork in the walls and base boards that have never been cleaned. The bathroom was full of mildew and rust as well as the mini fridge, completely rusted out. The sliding door to the back wouldn’t open and everytime we flushed the toilet we had to take the top off and move the valve so it would fill back up. They came to fix it, and it worked for maybe 3 flushes and started doing the exact same thing. Wyndham should be ashamed they have their name on this property. They have weekly rates and the back half of the property has nothing but families living in the rooms. I get it, but the patios are full of garbage and they are all out back like a homeless camp. We couldn’t be checked in 10 minutes prior despite the room being ready without asking us for a $25 fee, no thx. Lastly the door to the room wouldn’t close unless we slammed it shut. This place is a wreck and needs to be evaluated by Wyndham.

The atmosphere and staff were very unprofessional looking and the building was deplorable. Duct tape was on the side doors because glass was broken, pad locks were attached to the doorways going to the rooms. The room it self was a keyless entry becuase the door lock was puched out and it was 2 double beds because they did not have the king room ready. One mattess was so bad that half of the mattess was flat but the other half was slanted and sunk in. Could not sleep on the mattress. Unusual activity all night and looked as if a questionnable people were staying back part of the property along with broken down rusted cars. Shame on Wyndham for supporting such a poor establishment and charging what you charge. This hotel should be investigated for safety and health concerns. The conditions were so poor we did end up leaving in the late evening of the second night because we did not feel safe. We were booked for three nights and paid for all three, but did not choose to stay becausen of the conditions.. Unfortunately, other accommodations were unavailable in the area due to the event,so we drove over 2 hours home.

I was given a room in the last building all the way around the loop. It was literally like driving into the hood. There were multiple obvious drug deals, the window to the entry to the hallway was completely missing and the one on the other side leading to the courtyard was literally being held together with duct tape. The bathroom was filthy and when I laid on the bed I could literally feel myself being bitten by fleas or bed bugs. We wound up leaving a couple hrs after we returned from the race it was so bad.

This place is run down. Rooms are filthy. We left immediately and are currently waiting for a refund. It is impossible to get in touch with the manager.

mp and musty smelling-bathroom wet,flooded. Shower leaking all over, reported to front desk-never fixed. We used the towels to contain water !!

This hotel was an absolute dump. The room was not clean. When discussed with the front desk staff they said a complaint would be completed. In my 5 day stay my room was not turned down one time. Do not stay here!!!!!

Rooms were decent free breakfast was horrible they had nothing property was dirty smelled like pot could use an upgrade okay for a quick stay but not good enough for a long

We were just tired and looking for a place to grab a few hours of sleep. The bed was clean and comfortable. We arrived in the dark of night and were gone before dawn.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed there last year and it was great hence the reason I stayed there again. This time around, it was a bit noisy at times in the middle of the night. The towels and bedding could be switched out, they should get new bedding and towels as the ones we always received were very stained. The bathtub wasn't cleaned very well, I saw hairs and dirt on the walls. I never tried the breakfast or other amenities so I can't speak on that. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

Did not feel remotely safe, screaming couple fighting, throwing things in hallway, f-bombs, slamming doors, babies screaming, big dogs barking, slept 2 hrs. Had to put towel down in tub to shower. Not good.

I had a hard time having my deposit returned. Even today,, it is still not in my account. Also, the new management has down graded the breakfast; they didn't even have butter for the toast. I would try Best Western for a great breakfast.

Place is trash we were sleeping and sink feel of in the bathroom also the front desk person works there is a ass.

The hallway was full of dog urine, dog barked all night , there was so much in and out traffic, very suspicious, I was very un-comfortable during my stay

I stay at this location of the Baymont all the time and usually really enjoy mys3lf
