The pool was nice

This was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. There was mold all over the bathroom walls, the walls were stained, the curtains were torn, and the bathtub was clogged. Overall, the place was filthy and nothing like what was advertised. I definitely do not recommend it. It was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent.

This hotel should be closed down period. We paid for 6 days and checked out in less than 24 hours. It looks like the front desk staff was trying the best they could (bless their heart), but the place was not taken care at all. Garbage x 5.

The hallway doors had pad locks on them??? Those doors were also tied open by garbage bags.... pretty sure this is a fire code violation. The t.v. had no signal and since the rest of the building was so disgusting, I would not stay there. I asked for a refund immediately! The staff at the desk was accommodating when I did ask for my money back & since I booked through Expedia, I had to request the refund through them.

The rooms were nothing like what the pictures online looked like. 1 of the rooms I booked hand mold in the bathroom and the sliding door wouldn't lock shut. The other was utterly disgusting. Smashed dead bugs on the floor, nasty spills on the floor, rat droppings in the bed under the cover. Called the front desk to ask for a new room or clean sheets and got told housekeeping wasn't open so he couldn't do anything then when I got to the front desk he found some sheets that smelled horrible. If my rooms were not under refundable I would have left as soon as I saw the first room.

First room we walked in I had to immediately turn around because of the roaches crawling EVERYWHERE!!! They put me upstairs and the mattresses are NASTY YELLOW STAINED!! RUN from this hotel!!! Then they charged my CC for $50 2 days after booking!!! And NO ONE will answer the phone so I can ask what it is for!!

It was okay for the price. It served the purpose in which I needed.

Second room they rented us had a severely cracked and partially repaired sink (with a waste basket to collect leaking water), missing woodwork on the sink, and extensive mold growing on the inside of the bathroom door; my 16 year-old son and I only stayed the night because we only first entered the room around midnight, and I noticed only after we went to bed for the night. I stayed up all night because of concern for my son, who is allergic to (among other things) mold, The next morning, my son reported to a nearby flying camp to stay, while I flew to Chicago to pick up my daughter from college. When I returned to Daytona Beach, my room key didn't work, for the third time in my brief stay. I eventually got a different hotel on the beach and spent the rest of my week there.

When I arrived they didn't have the room I reserved, I reserved a accessible room with 1 king bed I got a not accessible room with 2 full beds. The desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent that you couldn't understand anything he said. The room was loud all night sleeping was impossible.

The location and patio area were great. The staff was hard to understand and more concerned with their phone than the customers. The breakfast was a joke, no regular coffee, only decaf and hot water. They ran out and no one knew how to refill the machine.

Our room was laid out nice, however, there wasn't a single table in the sitting area. No light bulbs in the lamps, the t.v. wouldn't work, the phone in the room didn't work, and the shower walls were covered in hair. In the morning, when we went to check out, it took a long time as there were several weekly long term guests trying to rebook. I let the front desk know about the room and the issues. I was informed they had taken over the property only 2 or 3 days prior. Needless to say, they have a long way to go. I wished them luck. Not a 1, but very far from 10.

Stay away! Hotel is dirty and under construction. Wash cloth was moldy. We saw a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast was packaged frozen sausage. Fridge in the room was not working and rusty. Hallways are filthy. There is no working ice machine. Find somewhere else to stay it will be worth the extra money.

N/a The baseboards being dirty made the room look dirty.. the bathrooms have mold in them and the tubs were dirty.. I had to ask to get restrooms cleaned and was shown two other rooms with dirty restrooms.

This place is super old and very dirty. I was shocked how this can be open for human overstay.
