Terrible experience overall

Everything was comfortable That I had to move rooms, the maintenance was slow about fixing the water pressure in the room. No microwaves and they don't take cash. Small inconveniences.

Did not service the room everyday. Had to ask for clean towels daily.

The property is old and needs updating. And good pest control. There were ants and roach in our room. Plus the placed us allllll way the in the back of the building. The staff was nice.

All the Employees were Great EXCEPT FOR THE NIGHT CLERK.., We asked to use the microwave and at first she said they didn't have one, then she said they did only for employees.. but she decided to let us use it, but we couldn't go in the break room with her. I REFUSED to send my food with a person who wasn't FRIENDLY AT ALL. She Needs more training for being a Front desk Clerk

The staff, location, and value was great! Unfortunately I killed four roaches during my stay.

Ali was friendly. The staff member that came in after Ali stayed on her phone and didn't acknowledge guest as they entered the establishment. Also, we was in room 212; there was roaches in the bathroom, crawling over the nightstand and it was quite MUSTY. We were offered another room but couldn't get a guarantee that it would be better and roach free. It is beyond disappointing and disgusting that the owner of this property is not ensuring that it is pest free and getting rid of the moldy dampness. No guest should EVER see roaches anywhere in your establishment and feeling irritated by allergy issues due to the underlying problems of this place. This place needs to be gutted, get rid of that disgusting carpet and renovate; they paint over the problems.

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant at all. Rooms are outdated as well as the bathroom. At that we found several roaches and one crawling on my daughter’s bed right before she hopped on. I do not recommend.

Smells of mildew, old smoke and booze. Shower was full of leaking caulk and just unsanitary.

Great affordable place very clean and late check in saved the day for me
