Infested with roaches

The property has a roach infestation. I came with my own cleaning supplies AND owlet

Check in could have been nicer, grounds need spruced up and hard to find in the dark sigh not very visible all in all good.

Great breakfast. Pool closes early at 8. Room was clean.

Lobby wayyy too hot upon arrival. Pool needs more cleaning, saw bug or 2. The staff at the desk when I left morning of the July 27th were very kind. They were working on improvements while I was there Breakfast was good. Room clean. Love the balcony’s. I would come again

Mi estancia fue de 2 noches y no isieron limpieza un día, la abitacion estuvo sucia , toallas sucias, no sacaron la basura, las camas no las isieron , la verdad no me gustó el servicio, y no recomendaría a otras personas este hotel! 👎👎

Room smelled, crack heads everywhere, the toilet leaked in the floor every time we flushed, the shower didnt work well, had to jiggle to get the handle to catch to adjust the temp of the water. All around just avoid

The room was well kept

The room was OK. Looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned ever it smells like wet dog and cigarettes. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I left a day early and the lady refunded me $100. The TV only worked with Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi quit working and they didn’t come down and fix it. Housekeeping did not come not one time the hot breakfast was OK and the pool was OK.

The morning Buffett was not very good. Each day of my 6 day stay it got worst. Near the end they kept running out of food two hours before it was to close. One day they said the sausage delivery never arrived. They never cleaned up as the mealtime progressed. The dirty dishes just piled up and made available seating very scarce.

Overall our stay was pretty good. The pool is amazing definitely the highlight of this hotel. Cant really speak on any of the other amenities because we didnt use them. They took care of our tv in our room that was giving us issues pretty quickly. As someone else has said you can tell that this is an older building but you can also tell that someone has definitely put some work into it to bring it up to what it is today and you can tell that they are continuing to improve it. The breakfast was ok. I do wish they wouldve had a microwave in the breakfast area and i was a little disappointed that they stopped putting any meat out an hour before stopping serving. When there were still a good bit of people trying to get food. But overall a good place to stay.

The carpet was dirty some of the staff was good but there were some that seem that they didn't care. They never came to ask did we need housekeeping one day out of 7 nights.

The first few days were fine. The 3rd day, we ate breakfast in our room and put the trash in the trash can. By the time we got back that night, we had roaches not only all over the trashcan but also on one of the beds.

Everything great but I feel like if they invest in a microwave it will be great because people be having food that need to be warmed up
