Best Western International Speedway Hotel

We were treated w/much respect & kindness from desk staff, to the cooks, maint. & housekeeping. Due to having my service dog, I volunterred to do vacuuming etc., which simplified everything. Thank you to each of you that I engaged with for making our stay there comfortable. Sincerely, Elizabeth & Family

I was honestly so disappointed with my stay here. No microwaves,roaches,crackheads all over the place,dirty room and things In the room were broken as well.

THE WHOLE PLACE SMELLS LIKE WEED. AS IF IT WASNT NOISY ENOUGH, THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT MIDNIGHT. THIS HOTEL IS EXTREMELY TRASHY. STAFF IS NO HELP. WE TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ROACHES AND THE GIRL SAID OH SORRY... WE BOOKED 3 NIGHTS AND ONLY STAYED ONCE. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Good breakfast, nice pool area, comfortable room.

The pool was wonderful!! The location was great. The included breakfast was ok. We have had better but also have had worse. We appreciated the good air conditioning and terrace. Clean up service in our room was excellent. The main light switch in our bathroom would not stay on. We had to scotch tape it to keep the light from turning off. We reported this to the front desk but no one ever came to fix it. Also only given towels for 2 even though we had 3 people in the room.

Breakfast was good! Beds were VERY comfortable!

Breakfast, pool, staff, location Room 240, AC wasn't working. When we walked onto the room it was hot in there, but desk clerk change us rooms right away. Need a microwave in rooms.

Sheets were clean. The carpet in room was disgusting, should be pulled up and burned. Bathroom door was stuck. Bathroom sink leaked. Tub faucet stayed on while showering even when pulling the thingy up. Guess you get what you pay for.
