The location It was not clean the room smelled like mildew

The hotel looked nice from the outside but the inside didn’t match it. The hotel had a smell, the room looked old and like they just set it up for us. There was no water pressure at all. Very disappointed The whole place just what I expected total let down. There was a housekeeper worker eating popcorn in the elevator with my son and the worker dropped a bunch of popcorn and didn’t clean it up and it was still there when we got back from dinner

Temporary Travelers obviously would expect better service. Not sure what hotel has been experiencing with the irons, but temporary travelers should be in a different category than the patrons staying in the extended stay capacity …..

Bad odor from previous guest. Used ozone machine, but smell was loud after hours. No staff on duty to bring anyone's attention. Due to early check out, no staff on duty to explain situation. Poor lighting on front side of building. No stars , if applicable.

Nothing Everything

None Beds ,rooms should be clean more often. Should be floor asign to guest with dogs. Because makes ever room smell like dogs.

Nothing what so ever. The staff were nowhere to be found. The room was given to us with stains on the walls and the room had roaches. The power went out on our last night making it impossible to sleep in the heat. So we packed up and left, waiting for our refund. And this hotel is a EXTENDED STAY this was false advertisement.

Terrible place, don’t go. I went there and I waited for over 1 hours in the lobby waiting for someone to do my check in and nobody showed up. It’s not a cool place to stay at all
