A lot of roaches, tub clogs

The room was relatively clean, with fresh paint, however the floors felt like there was dampness under them. The room was humid and needed the a/c on high to overcome it. Water pressure was great! All in all it was what can be expected for the price.

Definitely run down. Inside was decently clean, bathroom had hair on the floor that was never cleaned up. Random people smoking weed sitting on the stairs and outside rooms, very sketchy. We just needed a place to sleep after the night nascar race, but would not recommend.

I didn’t like how the power kept shutting off , but what I can say is the guy who works front desk made sure we got an better room with working power he went over and beyond

Clean place but our room didn't have water in the sink so they gave us a different room and everything was good

I have patience for the fact that we came in on a race weekends and as such it was quite busy. It was obvious the the check-in staff were trying their hardest. However, we did wait over an hour in a very hot waiting room to get checked in. Additionally, this property requires a $100 security deposit that is not mentioned anywhere in the booking, which thankfully we were able to pay for (it is supposedly returned upon confirmation that everything is not damaged after check-out. It is now 5 business days later and I have yet to recieve a refund). After receiving our key, either the key or door reader to our room was faulty and we had a very hard time getting in. Once we were in the room smelled heavily like cleaner (think pinesol for something similar) but the curtains were filthy (there was something stuck all over them), the walls and ceiling stained, and the bathroom had hair on the toilet and in the shower. All of which overrode the fact that the beds appeared clean (we did not touch them to find out if they were clean under the covers). However with the position we were in time-wise we left our things, and went to the race. Upon our return we attempted to get our things but, once again, the key wouldn't work. I had to wait another 35 minutes at the front desk to have our key reprogrammed so we could retrieve our things. After finally getting our things we checked out without staying. Wish I could get my money back, but lesson learned. Would not recommend.

The front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful to my family and I plus some lady was asking about vending machines and the lady told her to basically F off

It is close to the Daytona speedway. Everything else. It was dirty, we waited well over an hour in a crowded (30 people) lobby to check in while sweating our butts off. They had 2 employees working together to check in a single guest at a time. The room and lobby were dirty. Our bathtub was running when we got into the room, it was not able to be turned off. The bathroom door would not close, there was mold all over the floor and walls of the room and bathroom, the shower curtain is broken, the curtains that cover the window would not close all the way, the tv was not working properly. The only plus was when I took down video and picture evidence I got a full refund before leaving. 0/10. Suburban studios is joined with Econolodge and it is terrible.

Definitely well worth the money

Pretty much not a prestine place. New furnishings in the room but everything around it pretty bad. The microwave in the room was rusted out on the inside. The bathroom was pretty bad. Tub looked like it wasn't cleaned in years. I could go on but if you're lucky enough to get a mint condition room at this place then they must save it for special people!

Pool was closed for cleaning it looked like; but all in all, great stay for the price!
