Smell bad

My room had a roach infestation. After killing a bunch of them and then seeing one walking on my bed as I was about to take I packed up all my stuff and checked out. They told me I would be refunded

The lady that was working that night was very rude and I paid prior to coming in, I was called a liar and she didn’t let me stay. Never got a refund as well

Nothing I liked about this hotel .. This is the absolute worse hotel I've ever been too ..

Don’t stay there it’s set up like a extended stay people are renting rooms for the week/month, the rooms are horrible, the management are very rude, the room I was given the first night flooded no fault of ours water was coming from next store, they charged $100 deposit and they kept my $100, I stayed September 18-20/2026.

Stayed for 2 hours had to leave

It was the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN COUKD EVER HAVED!!!!! There’s was even problems with the police involved in them at the hotel during my stay!! PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE. And the staff that was there during my stay didn’t help on anything.

I stayed overnight and put my insulin because I’m a diabetic in the refrigerator and my insulin froze in the morning when I checked out I went to the front desk and they told me there’s nothing they can do to call the manager called the manager and left a message no response. I was out all my insulin because it went bad. Never go back there.

I liked the beds they were nice and comfy. The fridge smelt like spoiled yogurt. It smelt so bad it took a while to get the smell out of the room. And they only gave one small trash can. We had to put Trash in walmart bags. We stayed two nights and no one brought us fresh towels. And when hubby went to go get fresh towels. The Clark said snotty where are the dirty ones.. Hubby was like no where did it say to bring dirty towels for clean ones.. Hubby told the Clark we'll if house keeping cleaned I wouldnt had to come ask for clean ones.. and the trash cans outside were full where I couldnt get rid of our trash in the room..

Disappointing

Horrible experience! I arrived exhausted. Quickly used bathroom noticed the top was sorry after use noticed the entire toilet want cleaned after last visit. I was tired needed sleep. Woke up to take shower and disgusted by huge stain that drops from ledge to tub looks like dried not and stain in bottom tub. Def is not rust. It was disgusting still had people body hairs in tub. Grossed out told check out if course they should have refunded my room. Of course they didn't I brought to their attention. I don't recommend and you ask for 100$ deposit is outrageous when you can't shower and wake up up dirty sheets of did I forget to mention. Yes I stain under me. I am grossed out by the entire experience of this place!! I want my money back Expedia!!!!

The washcloth had a lot meldew on it. They had bugs too. Never staying there again. Had to stay because everything else was booked. It was a race weekend in Daytona.

It was quite. Didn't like the staff and stood there for 6 days and took a video on how clean i left the place and supposed to get my deposit back at 12 and still haven't gotten it and mo one answer the phone

The staff was nice, the property clean.
