Good location good sea view Poor service barely no staff around when needed

Everything was wonderful.

I loved the location

The linens smelled muggy. The toilet had stains from the last person who was there. The lighting is not good at all. It needs better lights. Im not sure if the linens were washed after the last person. The air conditioner didn't get rid of the moisture, so it always felt muggy, and nothing would dry. This could be why the linens smelled.

First had to wait on the rooms to check all day didn't hey the room that the owner promised me be side the grills an the bed was soooo hard didn't sleep well bathroom floor was dirty

Beautiful location for the hotel. Room could’ve been better cleaned but it worked for one night!

Room was clean and grounds was well maintained. Parking could be better, but other than that I always enjoy our stay here. The location is key and close to everything! 💖

First room, beach side door didnt work at all. Put us in different room and beach door worked from inside only key would not let you back in so we had to walk all the way around or leave door open if we went out to beach. We had a water drain off right in front of room so every time it rained it flooded right in front of our door tracking water into room. Only had 2 towels for 4 guest and had to return them in order to get new ones. Wasn't the end of the world but for what I spent I thought it would of been alot better. Parking is was also kinda messy and got door dinged in parking lot.

The noise level from the above floor prevented sleep. They use plastic sheet protectors on the mattress which is great but they are crinkly and very uncomfortable. Mold in shower curtains

The location The people allowed to drink, smoke and have speakers to play any music they wanted. 3 speakers 3 different people 3 different music. Pool water was murky and cloudy. Staff did nothing about broken policies. No hot water in room.

Pool had bugs not one staff member even cleaned up the pool area . Our room was not ready at 3 no staff members were even around to check us in ! The doors were locked and we had to call ! We had 3 adults and 1 child and only 2 towels of each . The back entrance to our room to the seaside had cigarettes butts all on the ground and windowsill we took pictures so we didn't get charged for anything and we actually cleaned it up !!! We have stayed there many times and this time was disappointing! Toilet seat was coming off bolts needed to be replaced

Great location right next to Ocean deck walk to pool and beach

i like that they were able to get the room next to each other and the view was great the refrigerator didn’t get anything cold and the only ice machine was inside the office witch was locked most of the time .the pool was dirty the filter wasn’t on

The only thing I liked about this property was its location. It’s right on the beach and within walking distance of the boardwalk, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was dirty, and the floors were so filthy that they turned our feet black. The outside walkways were covered in broken glass, which was extremely dangerous, especially for children. The parking situation was absolutely terrible. I traveled with my children and was unable to find parking because there were no available spaces. It seemed like people who weren’t even staying at the hotel were parking there to go to the beach, leaving paying guests without spots. Even members of the cleaning staff were complaining that they couldn’t find parking for work and had to pay to park across the street in public parking. The front desk staff acted oblivious to the issue and didn’t seem to care. This is definitely a party hotel, not a family-friendly hotel as advertised. The pool area felt more like a nightclub and was also very dirty. The hotel claims they don’t allow dogs, yet there were at least six dogs barking in rooms near us all weekend. The broken glass, lack of parking, noise, and overall cleanliness made for a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

They add $100.00 dollars on credit card for potential damage I'm 65 years old and a veteran with my wife on vacation what kind of damage could we do sleeping also the parking was horrendous it was loud at night and someone every night would knock on the door and run away not pleasant

Found a moldy pie in the microwave. Find old ass sandals under the bed. Pube hair on walls. Looked like blood in closet.
