Severely aged, rusty, dirty and damp in room. Sand all over the made beds. Damp environment even with air conditioner on. Baby roaches seen twice.. Parking lot was poorly laid out with a bottleneck entrance. I wouldnt stay here again for free...

If you smoke marijuana, you’ll fit right in. Can’t even sit on the balcony which is not private, without smelling it. TV didn’t work. No parking, we were told we can park two streets across from there, at their sister hotel the Streamline. Ice machine in the office. Very over priced. The beds are very small, and hard. The steps are steep. No elevator. On a positive note it is on the beach and parking is free.

The view by the beach and price The room they gave had someone else's things in and they had no clue who's things they were, so they gave a 2nd room and the keys didn't work for the door, so we had to stay with doors cracked for about a hr. Not safe! There was a large Crack in the wall! Only good part was the rate BUT I SEE WHY!

Dirty in need of overhaul but for the price it’s to be expected.

Wear shoes or sandals inside the room or your feet will get dirty. No continental breakfast. Cobwebs in the corners and window seals. Paint and sheetrock joints cracked in the bathroom. Great access to beach. Hotel is right on the beach. Shower and foot rinse station as you leave the beach. Pool was a good size. Parking lot is very small. Black out curtains.

Check in and out was smooth. We had car trouble during our stay and were allowed to have it fixed in the parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot has a speed bump so no one was zooming in and out and all the gates had child locks and the showers by the pool made for a quick clean up of sandy feet. We had so much fun and were able to do so much with the money we saved and the proximity to the beach.

IT WAS GOOD. OUR FIRST THE AIR WAS BROKEN BUT THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT GIVING US ANOTHER ROOM. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. PARKING SPACES WERE VERY TIGHT. OVERALL THEY GREAT.

Old and very dated. Room clean but musty smelling. Good location, close to boardwalk.

I liked the lay out of the hotel. The ac was right against the bed.

I liked that it had a pool and there was access to the beach. The beds were VERY uncomfortable, the room smelled of mold as soon as we walked in, the toilet was very wobbly and felt like it would break at any moment, we arrived at the hotel early and they did let us park and have access to the beach prior to check in, but around 2:30 which check in was at 3 I asked about early check in and the receptionist said we could not check in early, about 5 minutes later I noticed several couples with their key cards going to check in, I didn't appreciate that she told us it was to early but allowed others to check in. The TV also kept trying to connect to the Internet but would not work and every time we tried to watch regular TV or would come up and say loading and wouldn't go away until we turned the TV off and then back on. The floor in the rooms were very dirty and uneven and it was just all around not that great of a stay and thank God we only stayed for one night. The parking was also very awkward it's a very tiny parking lot and the spaces are in even and it's difficult to park.

Right off the beach was nice for the price. The beds were horrible. Couldn't get comfortable

rooms are so nice, staff is amazing The only thing is their parking; it's hard to get in and out of.
-
Great location, nice pool, staff weren’t too helpful, the beds were hard and only had two sheets for blankets on top but it was warm. and their ice machine was broken. We had no towels or cups for the coffee machine but other than that we had a great stay. For the price and the location it’s a great weekend spot with or without the kids. The two room family rooms are a good size and beach front with a nice patio area and lawn. They have picnic tables and bar b q grills as well which is nice.

I liked that it was right on the beach and short walking distance to the Boardwalk.
