No one was there to check me in I called multiple times lady finally called back said she was at a dr appointment and she would be there in 15 mins waited over 30 mins and finally over a hour later lady called me to check me in and I told her I left got tired of waiting wanted my money back and she still charged me for a night

My ONLY complaint is that the room didn't seem very insulated so it didn't cool down as cold as we like. ( we always set the air as low as it will go in hotel rooms and it didn't get anywhere near as "cold" as it should've with how low the air setting goes)

Only issue we had was internet didn’t work and tv didn’t work.

The quiet place. The attention perfect . Excellent ubication. Simple but near beach & attactions

The staff is super friendly! It's not far from the boardwalk and there is a 7/11 next door!

Stale smell in room, cigarette burn holes in sheets

The front desk staffer (Ms. Pam) is super friendly and it’s located a short walk away from the ocean. The price for a room that was in extremely poor condition… rusted appliances, dead bugs in the cupboards, very old furniture, cigarette burns on the bed, and it smelled heavily like smoke.

Was very clean... The staff was very friendly every time we asked for clean towels he made sure we got them . every day.. the manager walked the property a lot! We felt very secure.. our vehicle and bike was in a safe place... The bed needs to be updated.i think this would make the stay more comfortable.. the mattress are outdated.. little to firm for us ... The neighbors came in on the last few days we were there..was very loud all night long and the slept all day.. there tv was loud! At night as well woke us up all during the night! ..we ended up leaving a day early cause we couldn't get any rest cause of people next to us.. wasn't the manager fault. He was very friendly.

if I could rate zero stars I would. Property is old and dingy. Woman at the window was rude and wanted a $20 security deposit in cash which I was amazed I actually got back. carpet in the room was disgusting and dirty. refrigerator had stains all over the outside of it, I was too afraid to open it. definitely a sleep on top of the comforter kind of place.

The construction crew guy kept nit picking about us being outside the door. We smoke and that's the only door. There's no beach access or smoking areas so Idk who that dude was but he was a lil too much. Construction and no beach access owner put in ad.

I love the privacy that the staff gives you, they are not super nosey but also there if you need them
