Always clean and the staff always friendly Bugs in the pool

Location was great. Facility was updated. Staff was friendly and moved my room per request with no problems. Price was really good even with pet fee included! Enjoyed juice and water all night long as needed! Very accommodating stay when traveling with pet and kids! Kids loved the waffle maker too! I would have like to see more proteins or unprocessed foods at breakfast. There was a heavy Marijuana odor in our hallway even though it was supposed to be non smoking rooms, but luckily was not noticeable in our room itself. I did not see much hair or dirt once they moved me to a new cleaner room but there was still a bottle cap on our floor by our bed, the light switches had fingerprints and grease all over them, and behind our mattresses was a pile of hair so I don't think that has been clean behind for a while. Also, the setup, the bathroom sink is the most awkward faucet I have ever had to use and it shoots water all over the counter.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room’s and public spaces were clean. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but they had enough to fashion a meal.

I was charged twice

They had clean towels when I asked for them. They were clearly understaffed.The breakfast wasn't cook properly . On one occasion, it wasn't cooked at all, still frozen in the warming tray. Beer cans within the stairway 2 of the 3 days I was there.

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean, continental breakfast was not properly tended to, food was still frozen/cold. I believe this was due to a staffing issue.

The staff was nice and helpful. The pool and breakfast was bad. Pool was not avaliable and breakfast was all gone 1h befor time. And when they finally brought more out 30 minutes later everything was still frozen.(bagels, sausage) and they were out of pancake stuff.

Very nice renovation. The bathroom is lovely, the lighting is terrific and the USB charging st the night stand vas very convenient. There was little to no sound deadening between rooms. Our neighbor and his girlfriend(s) arrived at 11pm and talked and played music until, at 1 am, we finally asked for help from the staff. Since the phone was broken, my husband had to go downstairs in bed clothes. Breakfast was a disappointment as the eggs/ meat were cold and there was no breakfast bread (biscuit, bagel, toast, Danish, muffin, etc) offered.

They are in the middle of a remodel, but handling it the best they can. We will definitely consider this hotel in the future.

They were doing some remodeling mainly in the breakfast area. Seems like they were spending a good amount on updating the hotel. Room was very nice - I always appreciate a hotel room with a walk-in shower. Between the condition of the room, the remodel work, and the person working on landscaping outside I was left with the impression that the hotel is well maintained.

Very nice staff and accommodations

It was peaceful, designed with great detail, nice staff, and very clean. Construction is going on, breakfast was compromised, and the tv wasn't set up right. But it was still great, and great surroundings. With lots of events, sights, and great restaurants.

The renovation is excellent, staff was helpful. The breakfast area is being renovated now, but they set up breakfast of cereal, eggs and sausage. Very nice, I'd recommend staying. And Logans Steakhouse right next door!!
