The hotel was clean overall except when my daughter ran the shower, a couple bugs crawled out of the drain. The shower is also not very powerful and the fiberglass tub sounds like it is cracking. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. When I went to the front desk the clerk had her back turned towards me in the back room and when I said, "Excuse me," she said, "yes," twice without turning around. I didn't want to speak out loud that we needed a plunger because the toilet was clogged. She got up and I could see she was playing a game on the computer so that was why she didn't turn around. She got up and walked me to the utility room where I am probably not supposed to go in for me to choose my own plunger like she didn't want to touch it. She said I could wait for maintenance in the morning and I said someone would need to use the bathroom before then. Then the next morning I walked my family out to the car for them to go on to their next destination and I was going to finish getting ready to go to mine and I was already locked out of my room. When we walked out the housekeeper was in the hallway and I said out loud on purpose to my family that I'm going to come back and finish getting ready and not leaving yet. I still had like 2 hours before checkout and already locked out. The housekeeper opened the door for me. Before going back to my room I was going to pick up a bagel and juice and food was already removed few minutes before 9.

Clean room good bed. Housekeeping daily. Close to several places to eat.

I didnt get breakfast because it was over at 9:00 which seems a little early for a Sunday morning. I'd stay there again if travels brought us to the area.

Location was great. The room had a horrible smell, smelled like old musty mop water. The room was extremely hot even with the air unit on. The unit seemed to only cool right in front of the unit and that was it and for a short period of time.

Very close to Morgan Wilson Park Carpets could use some more deep cleaning. Pool has no outside bathrooms, only one table at the pool.

Good value for the money. Good breakfast. Hairdryer sounded like a chainsaw.

The lady at the front desk! I can’t remember her name but she’s always nice and friendly! I absolutely love her smile! She 100% needs a raise!!

Staff was fine. Breakfast was ok. Room smelled bad and wasn’t very clean.

I liked the location because it's near many businesses and restaurants. This location was also very close to our venue to celebrate a family event. The price was a great deal too because it also included breakfast. The breakfast was comparable to similar hotel breakfasts with basic items available like coffee, tea, juices, fruit, muffins, scrambled eggs and sausages and a waffle maker. Some of the staff could have been a little friendlier (checking in) and more accommodating. We had to drive a family member who checked out early to the airport. When we returned at 4 a.m., we asked if we might be able to get a "late check-out". We were given an additional 30 minutes. The friendliest staff members were the man who checked us out (not the one who extended our check-out time) and a young woman in housekeeping that morning.

The front receptionists were so nice and friendly. From the time we checked in until we checked out. They didn’t seem to mind how loud my little one were while we went in and out. They just laughed. Nothing!
