Wonderful stay; friendly staff, clean everything, had no issues.

Yes these are “options” BUT but when you compare night to night to another Hampton Inn and expect the same an hour down the road, it’s sad at the difference.

I didn't get the room I reserved. I was told at check-in that the AC unit was broken and I got assigned a different room type. I wish I had been called earlier in the day so I could make other arrangements for myself and my family.

Very clean, super quiet, breakfast was good, everything seemed new… I felt like I was the first guest there! There was nothing negative during my stay… ?

These are minor, but our door was sticking and they tried to fix it and it didnt get much better. The rolling door for the closet and bathroom is clever but I do not enjoy having gaps on the door ends. Privacy. The sliding door also needs better handles.

I was surrounded by noisy neighbors.

We generally choose Hampton Inn and Suites when we travel. We are never disappointed. The staff, the all around facilities are always very nice. There wasn't anything that we weren't satified with.

Clean and close to all the food shops.

the room and entire hotel was incredibly clean. staff was very kind and helpful when I had issues with my card and couldn’t get back into my room.

Very clean, well designed, safe area, comfortable beds, helpful staff. The A/C was set at 68 but we needed it cooler to sleep really well and a lady was so kind, came and put in a code that let us put it down a few degrees so we were cold enough to sleep wonderfully!

Very clean and well kept in every aspect of the facility. The pool was a bit dingy and some mulch had blown in from the landscaping.

Quick check in, location is good, variety for breakfast. On the 2nd night of the stay it took us awhile in the evening to get some fresh towels. In town for 3 nights. Softball weekemd

Very good stay. Nice shower & helpful staff.

After check in, front desk service was not friendly and acted like we were a bother whenever we needed to speak to them(except for Twila @check-in.) Room was not cool and uncomfortable to sleep in. We will be leaving and staying at a different establishment.
