Very basic but very clean. We really didn’t care for the location. The doors are very heavy and hard to get open, plus you hear all the slamming of opening and closing doors.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room, cool A/C and breakfast option. Firm beds, no single-serve coffee in the room, and elevators had no air flow.

Yuck!!! Creepiest & crawlies! Had to check out a day early due to bug infestation (ants)!!!! Pool safety gate doesn’t work - and staff is well aware, to include general cleanliness issues. Avoid, avoid, avoid. It hurts to leave a bad review like this… this is my first one star review on Expedia. My hope is this will prevent someone else going through the same experience.

The room was clean, the bathroom needed some repairs but nothing that was just “needed to be done to make room stay able” it was just the soap and conditioner that hotels have on shower walls, the things were broke. The room was very humid. The ac was either full blast or off and the room was hot. It was hard to get it just right. The hotel was quiet other than a few dog barks and kid screams at 7am on Saturday morning (expected considering pets are allowed and kids are kids). The pool was kinda gross from the view in the room, we did not get in or even go down to it. The breakfast area was great! They had Jiff peanut butter in little containers and Nutella (midnight snack win!)

Throughout my stay, I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to request clean towels and a replacement bedspread because the original bedding smelled musty and unclean. While the front desk staff did provide replacements, these were problems that should have been addressed before a guest ever checked into the room. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing the following day. I requested housekeeping service while I was at work, expecting the room to be cleaned. When I returned around 7:00 p.m. after another long workday, I found that housekeeping had only replaced the towels. The trash had not been emptied, the bed had not been made, and the room had not been cleaned in any meaningful way. Once again, I was left frustrated after an already exhausting day. As someone who frequently travels for work and has stayed at numerous Hilton properties over the years, I have always associated the Hilton brand with cleanliness, professionalism, and dependable service. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below.
