Terrible!! Get into my room after 12 hour shift get ready to get into shower & realize that there is not one single towel not a hand towel not a floor towel not a dry towel. Put my clothes back on go to the front desk for the gentleman to tell me he's not sure if he get me towels then he proceeds to go into the towel room and give me two utility towels where it felt like I was drying myself with sandpaper, and then he expected me to be appreciative about it. LMAO!!

Bathroom was barely accessible. The cabinet with the fridge and microwave were placed very close to the bathroom door making it difficult to maneuver my walker to get in the door smoothly. The sink faucet was not attached to the vanity and the caulking between the tub and floor, as well as the toilet and floor was dirty and it looked moldy. About 3am a car pulled up and parked outside my room. The occupants exited the vehicle and started yelling threats and foul language at each other. Calls to the office to report this went unanswered. I requested a room easily accessible for someone with mobility issues and was assured the room would be. I could barely move between the bed, desk/cabinet and the bathroom. I will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to others.

Our room had dog pee on the floor so they moved us to another room. That room had safety issues no smoke or carbon detector. The entrance door had a large gap at the bottom. Couldn't take a shower for someome else's hair was on the side of shower. The mini fridge was very dirty inside and out. Couldn't use the microwave missing a knob and inside was a burn spot not safe. As far as breakfast they were out of plastic utensils and now plates. Out of milk for cereal and very very limited items. We watched people dealing drugs not a family place. We will not be staying there ever.

The pillows were ok There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower along with water stains from a leak or a previous leak and there was also black mold at the base of the wall down by the floor behind the bathroom door. The shower also makes a squealing noise and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest . All this is is room 113 beside the office

first room keys didn't work 2nd set didn't work got another room. Fridge was leaking, smoke alarm had a low battery and was peeping every few mins. Disarmed til I checked out. Not enough towels
