I never stay anywhere else when I'm in Decatur. The staff recognizes me the moment I come in and make check in very easy. Always greeted with a smile.

Decent sized room. Breakfast was included. And that's really about it to be honest It took me about 25 minutes to check into the room. No one was at the front desk, I even tried shouting "hello" twice. I was standing in the lobby calling the hotel and could hear the phone ringing with no once answering. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut all the away, so it was unable to be locked.

I stayed 6 days and requested my room to be cleaned twice. It was only cleaned once on the fourth day I was there.

When I got to the room it was clean, but the light fixture beside the bed was damaged. After check in, .my room never got cleaned again and I did not like that, so I will not go back there..plus the door to the room had a gap and you can see light from hallway around the whole door. Smoke free place and a customer was smoking there daily
