    Room smelled like cigarettes. Common areas were hot and humid. Place was just rundown. Staff was very kind, the bright spot of the stay for sure.

    Location was good, breakfast was nice. We were assigned a room, had to move out of it due to tv not working. In second room, heard noise throughout the night. I called front desk at 4am after losing sleep, had to call from my cell phone as room phone was not working. Man came to check out, said noise was coming from refrigerator in our room, he juggled the cord but it continued to make noise, would refer to manager. He said the phone hadn’t been working for past week due to a storm.

    Clerk was friendly and accommodating Key card didn’t work the first time so I had to drag all my luggage back downstairs after a 8 hour drive

    My key card worked the first time I entered the room. I left my room and came back and key card doesn’t work. I go to front desk they rekey it and it works. I leave and come back again and it doesn’t work. I go to front desk and they give me a new key no issues after that. The toilet in my room did not work so they ended up moving me to another room. The sink faucet in that room barely had any water coming out of it.

    The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. The property was very clean. The bottom sheet was old and kept coming off. Better linens would certainly improve the stay. We did not like the shared toiletries! I know it saves money, but it is not sanitary!

    The bed was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed. The room was large and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The hotel is close to retail shopping and dining.

    I reserved the room several days before we arrived. I left a note in the special request box when paying to give us a first floor if available because my wife being disabled, Also I let them know we were traveling with 2 small dogs. When we arrived he was unaware of us needing the first floor or the fact we had to dogs. So why have a special request section if there not going to read it. Ended up putting us on the third floor and then informed me that the elevator was not working. So i had to carry everything to the third floor and then get my wife up there which caused her knuckles on both hands to become very inflammed like three times the size they should be just from trying to keep a hold fo the railing go up the steps as she usually uses a walker. All this and was not even offered any kind of help. Was the worst hotel experience of my life. Randy

    The room was very clean, looked like they had been doing updates on hotel. My only complaint/suggestions as an older person would be nice to have a safety bar for stepping in and out of the tub. Also it's difficult getting in and out of the building with hands full and have to pull the doors open. These are not things that would stop me from staying there again.

    Very nice!! I booked a king suite and all i wanted was a quiet room That was spacious and clean! I’m so happy i picked this hotel. I slept great!

    Location, room, her good They put me in a room right next to public restrooms and the swimming pool. There was a loud banging that kept happening all night long and kept me awake. I’m not sure if it was guests doors closing or something to do with the swimming pool, but it was coming from the same Area over and over again all night long.

    Location was nice and in close proximity to many amenities we needed. My first assigned room was flooding in the bathroom from a room above. This was taken care of with another room, and upon arrival someone had left melted ice cream in the fridge and a couple of dirty towels were there. Front desk took care of this right away.
