Room was fine until it rained and my window started not just leaking but water was pouring into the room. Staff moved me into a different room that had a similar problem as the first. Floor by the AC unit was damp the entire stay. No mention of any accommodation for getting moved into a “downgraded” room. Would only plan on staying here if the weather is going to be clear with no possibility of rain at all. Other than that, staff was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad.

The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was not appetizing at all. They need to do a better job at keeping it full with food, and clean from the START of breakfast through the END of breakfast. Every single table had crumbs and grease on them. I poured hot water on mine to clean it off.

We were happily surprised at the breakfast choices. The food was freshly prepared and such a nice eating area. We were there only one night, as we were passing through.

It wasn’t just my room that needed some attention, either. The breakfast buffet was so lacking that there was no coffee and it was better to drive to McDonalds. The door to the pool was broken so it remained propped open at all times leaving the hallway humid and chlorine scented, the ice machine was ready for its funeral march and you prayed the elevators would work properly. We were there for 4 nights, and while the staff was nice, you had to hunt for them. I don’t like using the phrase, “ You get what you paid for”, because I believe that even if the room was cheaper that others in the area, they had enough steady business to make some updates.

Large room, well furnished, quiet, travelers will need a GPS to locate on their first visit.

The location and they take pets! Our room was not vacuumed and the hallways were filthy! Back door did not lock which is a security issue! The shower handle was loose and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in our room. Breakfast was OK but not alot of choices and things were cold that should be hot! I would not stay here again!

Breakfast was decent. Staff was fine. Could be cleaner. Room was somewhat worn and dirty.
