Best Western Forsyth - Decatur

Great stay!

Breakfast was lacking and the other guests were incredibly loud most of the night. Not a great experience and would recommend looking someplace else.

Clean facility. Very generous sized room and friendly staff. On the down side, whoever chose the chairs for the room obviously bout them for their looks and did not sit in them. They push the upper back forward leaving you in an inclined position. Very uncomfortable. This is also the first time I have been in a hotel that uses the dispensers on the wall approach - but encountered one of the bottles (body wash) totally empty.

Was recently renamed best western painted and freshened up the place was the intent didn’t work out so well in my opinion didn’t stay checked in and checked out within and hour ac smelled moldy just not my kind of place but just my opinion

Clean, newly remodeled room

Property has been updated and is very clean. Breakfast was good - sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, tea. We usually reserve a king size and the room is clean and very roomy.

The first night we were there the tv didn’t work in the room so they moved us to another room the next day, but we didn’t get into the room until about 4:00 pm. I was told the room would be ready at 1:00pm. The room didn’t meet my expectations . The covers was dirty the floor was dirty. There was dirt in the closet on the wall. The free breakfast area was very limited. The juice was watered down and the orange juice was out of order. Also I was told by the manager if I gave a good review in the beginning that he would wave the fee for early check in so I did. I not trying to bad mouth the hotel just explaining my experience. I won’t stay there again.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms very clean.

Room was clean and pleasant but heavy rains were able to get inside the room thru a window. We used towels on floor and called for more towels but none came at night. Had to get myself in morning. Upgraded room is nice but TV not working when we were there. None of these were deal breakers as I just needed room to sleep. Breakfast had decent offerings as well. I would again use this hotel for its price to value.

The staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my microwave in my room and the room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay there again… That being said the breakfast could use a little upgrade not a lot of variety no scrambled eggs but overall, I would definitely stay there again.

There is a nice indoor pool and a little gym, although we did not use them. Breakfast is fresh every day and a good selection. The coffee is also good and enjoyable. Location is convenient to shopping and some dining options, as well as close to get to the city of Decatur for other dining and entertainment. We are very likely to return here for future stays.

I love this hotel, Im a resident and enjoy just getting away from home. It's very peaceful and relaxing there I end up booking another night! The staff is amazing the manager Mahil is very nice.

I had an amazing stay this time, I loved it so much I booked another night and the manager on duty Mahil made sure I was good and had excellent customer service.

When we checked in Mike was great and was very friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the seat in the shower was not securely attached to the wall in the accessible shower. My son was able to stop himself from falling and getting hurt. When I told the girl at the front desk all she would say was ok. There was never an apology or asked if he was hurt, she didn’t seem to care. She was also there in the morning for breakfast and would roll her eyes when someone asked her for something that was food related.

I understand the hotel is going through some renovations which is why my review is in the middle, I appreciate the changes I can see them trying to make, however in the meantime there are some things they could easily fix to make it even better!

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, budget friendly room. This place met that criteria very well. There has been a lot of construction and final touches are being done. The pool was good and breakfast was also good. Once final construction is done, this should be a good reasonably priced option in the area.
