Location Bugs, musty damp smell, stained bedding

Each room I was showed was very dirty, the staff had an attitude because i asked to change or a full refund.

The property was nice The bathroom floor was dirty and the room had a musty smell.

Location The fitted sheet was to small for the bed it kept coming off while sleeping. There was no toilet paper had to go down to get some. Toothpaste all over the mirror and hair all over the bathroom floor. There was someone else's food in the fridge it just seemed like whoever cleaned the room was in a hurry.

When I walked into the room one of the beds was covered in black stains and I noticed the hand soap was empty. I contacted the desk where I was told housekeeping was gone for the day. They told me they could get me fresh bedding but I would have to change it myself. After fully inspecting the room I noticed the floor was dirty like it had not been vacuumed. There were food crumbs, candy, beer tops and dirty socks under the beds. The floors in the bathroom were dirty as well. The next morning I asked that housekeeping clean the entire room. When I returned it had been somewhat cleaned. They picked up the items from under the bed but still did not vacuum the floors. The black stains on the bed were coming from the air unit on the wall, when the air would turn on it shot out black dirt onto the bed. They also never refilled the hand soap or lotion when cleaning the room so I had to go and purchase some myself. My first stay with them was lovely which is why I booked with them again. After having all of the problems I had with this stay I will not be a returning guest. I also have pictures of the room and how it was when I checked in.

I requested a walk in shower and after confirming was told none available. Bathtub.

Hotel was fine for the short stay but the little details matter!

Microwave was not clean.

Fairly priced. Good location. Spacious room (King suite). A couple “housekeeping” things (refrigerator still had leftover food from previous guests; I had 1 hand towel (no bath towels or washcloths) had to go to desk to reach someone. LOUD knocking noise HVAC? Kept waking me up all night. No separate deadbolt.

Breakfast was great. My room was not very clean when I checked in. The desk was sticky and I had to wipe it down. The remote was so sticky that the buttons would get stuck down when I tried to press them. There were stains on both comforters and someone’s belongings (clothing hangers) were left in the bathroom which made me feel like the room was not cleaned thoroughly at all. There was little to no hot water every time I tried to shower. All of these things led me to check out a day early and go to a different hotel.

Price convenience Breakfast.

I thought the breakfast was nice. That was very clean and nice looking. I liked that the pool stayed open till 12 even though my room had some minor issues it was clean just the hotel is not what I expected. Well, I’ve stayed in this hotel before the owners took over so I can tell that there’s been updates, but it looks like they just painted everything to make it look new my bathroom sink have mold in it. Some of the baseboards were coming off the wall my toilet had pee stains on it like old pee, stains that they should’ve bought a new toilet seat for that the couch looked really old I guess for what you pay for is fine, but I only stayed in that hotel because I thought it was renovated brand new and it was not and again yes there was some renovations, but I would’ve rather just stay in another hotel
