The hotel itself felt quite dated and wasn’t what I expected considering how much I paid for a two-night stay. While the complimentary breakfast was decent, the 10:00 a.m. cutoff felt a little early for people on vacation who want to sleep in and ease into the day. One feature I did appreciate was the room layout. Having a separate living room area provided extra privacy and made the space feel more comfortable, especially when traveling with family. Overall, while there were a few positives, the A/C issue and the overall condition of the hotel made the stay feel overpriced for what was offered.

The front desk lady had a great customer service but there was not coordination with the breakfast, always a long waiting on the refilling

The staff was very helpful. The bed was super comfortable, I slept very well. The breakfast was good and I’m glad it wasn’t the basic continental breakfast, there was hot food. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay again.

My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the property was organized and the atmosphere remained welcoming and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the convenient location, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked each morning, and the common areas were clean and inviting. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting Deerfield Beach and look forward to staying here again in the future. That i had to leave..
