Best Western Plus Deerfield Beach Hotel & Suites

Staff was pleasant. Pool looked wonderful but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Breakfast area and lobby was neat and clean. Old building. Only one elevator working. Catwalks in bad shape. AC was very very loud and construction went on nonstop. Every lamp in our room was shakey. Bathroom floor got soaked every time you took a shower. Bed was way too soft. Woke up with a terrible backache.

The grounds and pool area are beautiful. Room was very clean. Workers at the desk were great. The continental breakfast was good. The only problem we had was no hot water in the shower. We only stayed one night so they didn't have time to fix it before we left.

The suite was a comfortable size and I was able to work remotely for a few days. Highway noise was loud but steady; no sudden bursts of horns. The ac was noisy but the room temperature was very good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast wasn't really a benefit. Neighborhood was not convenient.

The hotel is located right by interstate 95 and the noice was so loud, it was impossible to sleep. Poor location, but I should have research it better.

The location was good but the property is very old. The AC was very noise making a rare sound every time the a/c cycles back on. The breakfast doesn’t good enough, the bread was old.

This location is a hidden gem, the price was great.The accommodations was more than I expected.Close to the interstate restaurants and the beach.When I returned, I would definitely try to book my stay there before any place else.I highly recommend ten out of ten I didn't like that.Both elevators were not working.But that is a mechanical issue that I'm sure would be repaired soon.

Front desk staff was great. Beds are not that comfortable.

Nothing was close by to there as advertised so make sure you stop for your own beer as they rip you off at the hotel $8 was cheapest out of their general store, beer is cheaper at the bar

Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was old but OK. T The door locking system was not easy to close and could have been dangerous. I informed the staff at my check out.

It was quiet and close to everything I needed. Looks a little ran down, and only one elevator.
