Very clean

The hotel and room itself were pretty good for the price. A couple things were disappointing. The hotel page when booking on Expedia advertised free WiFi however when we got there they said because we booked through Expedia we could only use the public meeting room wifi which obviously did not reach or room and the hotel has very poor cell signal in general. I am even a member of Hilton rewards so I should have had wifi access just from that but they still refused. So the free wifi claim should be removed and if it's important to you don't book here. The hotel staff was pleasant but 3 days into our stay no one had come to change towels, make the bed, or empty any trash. I requested they come because the info in the hotel room says they do it every other day and even after asking they only brought fresh towels and did nothing else. The room was spacious but the bathroom shower had low water pressure and the shower head seemed to be partially clogged. Also in the bathroom the faucet was extremely short so it was virtually impossible wash your hands or use the sink without water going all over the counter. One the good side the AC worked very well and there was a good sized closet with hangers and a couch in the room. The breakfast provided is pretty basic but acceptable for the price of the booking.

E visitado este hotel varias veces. Ya sis siempre tiene disponibilidad y es serca de la playa Deerfield beach. Pero esta ves fui con varias amistades. Y los elevadores sonaban y hacían ruido bueno hasta que me quedé trabado en uno con mi familia por 16 minutos hasta que lo abrieron 🙏🙏

Loved it

The room was dirty, especially the bed - it had dirty sheets with hair and black spots, gross. When I complained to the front desk (btw, the room phone wasn’t working and I to use my cell phone from the room to call front desk, unbelievable) - the front desk person told me that there are no cleaning staff, and if I wanted clean sheets, I have to go down to the lobby to get them. I have never had this kind of a bad experience at any of the Hilton properties before - the overall experience was bad and icky.

The Night staff was wonderful. We had a late check in and the checkin person was very helpful!
