Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Deerfield Beach Boca Raton

Travelled with my family and enjoyed my stay.

We got the room. No soap, no shower gel. We called and they brought it. The next day I needed a hair druer, no hairdrayer. The brought it again. No coffe bags in the room. The bigest suprise was at the entrance, I belive dog waste and nobody is bothered to clean. And dipers hanging of the trash can. Whenever I wanted coffe in the lobby- no coffe. They told me the first time it will be in 7 min and second time it will be in 2 min. Lobby restrooms are stinky. Usually I am not leaving bad reviews but too this was too much. Only positive was spacious room!

The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, both the afternoon and late night. Breakfast was very good - eggs, bagels, juice, fruit

The rooms were clean and comfortable... the only issue was that on one of the rooms the ac unit was horribly loud so we were moved to another room, felt a bit outdated and had a musky smell but overall it was a good experience and it definitely surpassed our expectations!

The hotel is new and looks nice, which is a positive point. However, the staff were very rude, especially at reception. The pool was very poor and not clean, so we couldn’t swim. Overall, the hotel looks good, but the service and cleanliness need improvement.

It was a perfect location for where we wanted to be our room was very clean very spacious love the refrigerator and microwave. The only downfall that we had was that the bed was very hard it didn't feel like it was going to be but it actually was very hard for us but we asked for extra pillows and they gave it to us and we made a literal pillow top mattress and we had extra pillows that we use for our head so that may the second night better. The breakfast was a nice option to have and I appreciate that the parking was very easy and the check-in and check out was also very easy and the people working were very nice

Front desk staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast. For the most part the hotel was clean. Would stay again!

Room and staff were excellent. We had been traveling from one hotel to another for two weeks. The room was quiet and clean. A couple of things surprised us. The pillows were too fluffy and might have been stuffed with feathers. We are allergic to feathers. Both my husband and I did not sleep well at all. We didn't see any mention of feather pillows on the Expedia website. I was also suprised that there was soap, bath gel, shampoo, and hair conditioner but no hair dryer. We booked a King bed room and was given a room with two double beds.

Room smelled bad towels smelled bad smelled like they weren't washed I think they gave us the horrible room based on our color (black) because other people (white) seem to not complain about smelly towels or room. Breakfast was good that's it staff was decent but the room was Horrible had to buy candles air sanitizer spray and shower disinfectant cleaner

Swimming pool is a little hidden but at a perfect temperature. Free Parking, Free Breakfast and Unlimited coffee 24hrs a day, what more can you ask for. Will be using Marriot again and signed up to a membership.
