Nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Parking, breakfast, charge for early check in when previously told it was free, parking lot smelled like Marijuana at all times. TV in room didn't work, internet didn't work for duration of my stay. Overall not recommended. I will not be staying at this property ever again.

The property was clean and the staff went above and beyond when you ask for help.

After I had already booked weeks in advance, when I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking! which in fact the parking lot was half full with plenty of vacancy! A paying customer should not have to pay for parking when renting a room. If they are using parking lot for their conference center then their attendees should pay for parking! was not happy about that. Also not sure what you are paying for, for their signs in the parking lot stated they are not responsible for your vehicle, so that indicates to me its park at your own risk but they are charging you to park their? when I booked my room it said nothing about paying extra for parking, and if you don't pay the sign says you will be towed, what a scam.

Very lovely grounds and friendly staff

I stayed only one night but it was a great place. The only negative part (if I can say that) was the $15 parking fee.

Love this hotel. I come back here all the time for my staycations. It’s a great price and a location that is close to the beach with great food and drink places near by. Ken at the front has always been super helpful and accommodating.

Bed bugs every where

Carpet in my room has some spots. Otherwise the room is great.

The staff at the desk were great. However, everything else in this hotel was very sub par. Dirty cushions on chairs, dirty shower floors, overpriced food, pay for parking. This was a hotel not worth the money. Will never stay again.

I like a hotel that includes breakfast in their price.

The hot water did not work properly.

The stay was really comfortable, hotel was clean and everyone was friendly however they signed for my packages from Amazon and stole them. They didn’t even offer a compensation for it. But everyone is denying taking the packages however they admit to signing for them but was stolen out of the storage room

The drinks were refreshing

The front people Ken and Isabella were nice. The restaurant on the property was good you have to eat down there or pick it up from downstairs because calling for room service nobody answers. Otherwise decent stay nothing to write home about. First night the door thing broke making it hard to leave my room and enter the room. Thankfully next morning they put me in another room but you can tell it wasn’t cleaned properly, broken nail was found on the floor, light fixture was broken, dresser outlet broke, if I could upload more than the four pics I would. They also now started charging for parking which is crazy being that unless you get there early you are going to be in for a walk to the front door.

Superb

Unappetizing expensive food at the restaurant, "bartenders" who don't seem to want to be there. On the other hand very helpful front desk staff who removed my charge for parking. I was there for an event with my group and the hotel informed our group that our parking would be free. We were given a code that did not work and the staff knew nothing about the arrangement. My room smelled like mold and carpet cleaner. There were public hairs stuck to the shower walls and the conditioner bottle was broken off the wall. Upholstery peeling from the chair in my room. And maybe worse of all a coffee machine in the snack bar that had a notice on it that it needed to be cleaned. There was a $3 charge per cup. The hotel serves no breakfast not even coffee or a banana. The snack bar wasn't stocked, clearly people steal from it all day long and it's not properly inventoried refilled. There was a party going on my first night until 1am with screaming and music, uninterrupted by staff. 3/5 stars is generous. Thanks for helping with my parking. Get it together on the rest.
