DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach Boca Raton

My stay wasn’t good at all, from the checking, house keeping and the server for both day was terrible.i sat in the dining room for breakfast for more than 1 hour. I have to go ask for help, the second day the server washing me to order my food I end up pick a sandwich I could eat.

Hotel needs to upgrade the rooms

The hotel is nice and reasonable. Isabella the guest relations was amazing personally, on the other hand, Rob was somewhat Rude on the phone. I asked if we can checked in 30minutes prior because my 73 year old mother in law was not feeling well and was very dizzy and he said he can’t do that and I was making sure the room was adjacent to us, I belived he refused to do it even though that was I reserved for., so after 5 minutes of talking and trying to ask I said can we check in at 4pm? Which is the usual check in… he answered I will try… seriously… His name was Rob.

Luggage dolly had four flat tires. The lamp outlet did not charge the phone, woke up with dead phone. Toilet was refilling every 30 min and it was so loud , did not get much sleep. I guess a cheap motel would have been better… Room 338

It was close to the event I was going to. Customer service was good. Charging for parking is ridiculous and the A/C in room 529 wasn't working well

The room I was placed in had dirty floors, the room I booked on Expedia wasn’t even what I got. Paying for parking too is also a strike. The staff was very helpful, nothing on them, but the cleanliness and parking is a major strike.

I love everything about the hotel the custermer service was great Rooms were very clean I will always stay there when I need a room in that area

It was nice and clean we used it for a quick stay 2 nights and it was good. I would’ve liked an iron to be in the room but no major issues at all

Nice property everything was very nice enjoy our stay will come again so when ever we are in your Town and need a place to stay will choose Double Tree Hotel

these were just the issues with the room. No pool towels were available when we used the pool after check-in, which makes sense as the pool was busy, but when i asked the front desk for towels for my family of 4 they said they were only allowed to give out 2 towels so we were forced to share. Over all, not impressed with this location and not the double tree standard we are used to.

Location right near I-95 which base it east to travel. Bar and food area nice with very helpful staff! A lot of car noise at night, fan noise made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom fixtures need maintenance.

Pool was great, and employees all super friendly

The room is comfortable and clean, but the problem with the hotel is that “you have to pay for parking! “. I’ve never seen anything like that before—staying at a hotel and having to pay for parking! The room rate should already include a parking spot.
