Room was not clean, ac was not working, stayed only 1 night, they offered a refund for the 2nd night.

The staff was very good but the room was okay but the tub was not working well and the toilet but overall I would recommend it to my friends and family..

my room had a musty smell for a awhile had to keep the ac and bring food in to get the smell out completely and the hallway smelled a lil funny as well other than that for the price it as convenient

Staff has so nice. Shoutout to the night staff at the front desk. Had to switch rooms because AC wasnt working. Then had rusty light fixtures, cold shower, and needed to jiggle toilet handle to work. Other than that, mattress was comfortable.

La cama en mal estado, el baño sucio, habían cucarachas muertas detrás de la puerta de el baño. En la noche me desperté por una alergia horrible, a causa de chinches. La cama tenía muchos chinches ☹️😓

Our first room had a clogged tub, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the phone in the second room wasn't working, which made it difficult to contact the front desk when we needed assistance. Despite these maintenance issues, the staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.

Had to take a cold shower , in the morning went to the lobby to get coffee and there was a man sleeping on the couch and there was no creamer for coffee , will never stay there again.

The staff isnt here for front desk. They were rude and the rooms were gross. Not happy with the stay at all. Some rooms missing things and the door key died and I got locked out for a while. The ladies who clean and helped try before switching rooms were lovely and very nice though.
