Upon arrival, our first room (145, Building B) had a non-functional air conditioning unit. It operated only as a fan, leaving the room warm and uncomfortable. Additionally, the washroom light did not work, making the space extremely dark. Due to these issues, we requested a room change. We were moved to Building A, Room 220. While the room initially seemed acceptable, the next morning we discovered the carpet was completely soaked due to water overflow from the third floor. This required another room change. Our third room, Building A, Room 314, also had significant issues. The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, and the bathtub was in unacceptable condition—very dirty and clearly overdue for replacement. Moreover, the bed sheets and blankets appeared unwashed and in need of replacement. During our week-long stay, there was no housekeeping service to clean the room or change the bed sheets and towels. Given the extent of these issues and the inconvenience caused throughout our stay. Three problematic rooms in one visit is unacceptable, and we hope management will take this matter seriously.

This place is disgusting! The rooms smell like mold. And the staff doesn’t care about anything. I will not be going back here ever! And I will be letting everyone know it

It was dirty, no hot water in the sink, one bath towel for a king room. In serious need of an update. The surrounding area was scetchy. The furniture was deplorable I was uncomfortable even sitting on one of the mismatched chairs. The drawers on the dresser didn’t even close. No front desk attendant. I spoke to a gentleman in India vi computer monitor about no hot water and the very pleasant maintenance man that arrived did not speak English, then he came back later with a remote control for the tv which we didn’t need. The only ice was upstairs and you could have read the newspaper through the one bath towel that was in the room. 2 small courtesy bottles of shampoo and one tiny bar of soap were the amenities. I will say the bed was comfortable as there was no one there to ask to cancel our reservation. There are only do many ways you can say this is a dump. Supposedly they are “updating “ but where to start the doors that all have chipped paint, the mismatch furniture that likely came off of the ark or the dirty carpet , maybe the see through towel for 2 to share.

I got dressed and tried to call the front desk. No Answer. When I got down to the desk there was no one there it was some guy on a screen. And the cleaner. I was upset and yelled at the screen that this was ridiculous that I paid for a late check out. He told me they don’t do those. I showed the email all while the cleaner continued to yell at me. I told her to walk away. She cussed at me. I responded in kind. The guy on the screen acknowledged I did indeed have a late checkout. I said if she came near me again I was calling the police. She said Do It! I told the guy I didn’t want to stay because I felt unsafe and he mocked me saying he gave me what I wanted which was a late checkout. And I said I’m allowed to say what I feel comfortable with. He also claimed that because she wasn’t touching me or holding a knife I shouldn’t have felt threatened. I said words are also Assault. When I was vulnerable, naked, in a room I paid to be in. It was all very unpleasant and would have been avoided had there been ANYONE working this hotel. It’s very unsafe. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

The mattresses are comfortable! Lots of mold, room reeking of smoke. Dirty bathroom. Very unpleasant smell.

Hotel is under renovation so be patient. Signage on building was difficult to see probably because of renovation being done. However, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. We have already reserved another stay in December!

Not Happy.

Too many drugs and drug dealers. No continental breakfast. No vending. Broken ice maker. Dirty rooms .
