Shortage on towels

This experience was horrible...got bed bug bites...will never stay there again. The hotel was moldy...the bed moldy...not impressed at all.

To make things worse, there wasn't a single person at the front desk. Instead, you're greeted by a robot. When I asked why there wasn't anyone there, I was told, "That's the new technology, get used to it." I couldn't believe that was the response. I expected a clean room and basic customer service, but unfortunately, I got neither. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously.

No fridge ice machine in separate buildings. Rusted springs coming out of mattresses. Surprised Wyndham put their name on this.

It seemed okay on the outside, the pool appeared clean despite a few leaves When arriving, we needed to shower- there were no towels. We used the only 2 hand towels & were told the next day by house cleaning they were very limited. The bathtub wasn’t clean, & water came from both the shower head & faucet. It filled up pretty fast as it didn’t drain well either. Tv, phone, nothing turned on, seemed like props.

I didn’t like anything this place was a shit dog This shit should close down

There were no towels in the shower to use after bathing. The room had a bad smell. The bedsheets were not clean, and the pillows were dirty. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

What was most frustrating was the lack of urgency shown when I reported the issue. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, nor did I feel there was an immediate effort to relocate me to a safer or cleaner room. When a guest raises concerns about potential mold exposure and health-related symptoms, those concerns should be addressed promptly and professionally. Additionally, the amenities advertised by the property did not match my actual experience. The hotel indicates that breakfast is available; however, no breakfast was provided during my stay. This was particularly inconvenient because I selected the property with the expectation that this amenity would be available. I was also surprised to learn that there is no microwave available anywhere on the premises for guest use. For travelers, families with children, guests with dietary restrictions, or individuals needing to heat food or medication-related items, this is a significant inconvenience. Basic amenities such as access to a microwave are often expected at hotels of this type. Overall, I found the property to be poorly maintained and lacking in the level of service and accommodations that guests reasonably expect. Between the apparent mold issue, the impact on my health, the lack of responsiveness from staff, the absence of advertised breakfast, and the lack of basic guest conveniences, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences.

Very well Air conditioning

We have to stay in hotels for work. I have a service dog. That is the only reason why we stay at a property like this. The rooms were very dirty, very smelly, old and construction materials, falling off the walls and bathroom

Tv didn’t work. Room was always hot. Asked for more towels and to get the tv fixed a couple times but nobody came
-
Live bugs in the room. Clogged shower drain. Poor lighting. Dirty walls. Missing hair dryer. Only one bath towel. No live staff around and no one answering the phone. No breakfast. Need I say more? If we had not come to our room so late in the evening we would have definitely found another place to stay for the night. Company refused a refund.

Don't accept Apple Pay. It's cheap so you get why you pay for. Front desk was giving us

I liked that the staff was attentive and friendly. With that being said, our room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes, the windows was broken, we were only provided 2 towels for 3 guests. Also, breakfast was unavailable and we were not informed prior to our stay. With that being said, the staff did correct the towel issue by allowing us to grab more and we did not complain about the other issues as we had little hope a new room would be any better.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, there were police outside the property, which immediately made us uneasy. We checked in and were assigned a room, only to haul all of our luggage up two flights of stairs and discover that the room had clearly not been cleaned. There were flies buzzing around, dirt throughout the room, and sheets and towels were thrown around as though housekeeping had never even stepped into the room. It looked like no one had stayed there in weeks. After carrying all of our belongings back downstairs, the front desk employee handed me another guest's ID without verifying my identity, which is a serious privacy and security issue. We were then assigned a second room, but immediately upon entering we were overwhelmed by a strong mold odor and knew there was no way we could stay there. At that point we requested a refund and had to spend the next couple of hours trying to resolve the situation and find another hotel, which took a significant amount of time out of our vacation. Thankfully, we found accommodations elsewhere. The condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the security concerns surrounding another guest's identification being handed to me make this a property I cannot recommend. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.
