Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Deerfield Beach

The young lady that checked me in the first thing she said was “ I don’t know why you all like to check in this time of night when it’s time for me to eat I don’t like to warm my food up.” I said well I am tired it’s only for a couple of hours and I don’t feel like driving for 45 minutes is that ok with you… then she was very condescending in checking me in she was very unprofessional, Then on top of her bad attitude the elevator was not working and she said she only had rooms available on the 2nd or 3rd floor, I was on the 2nd floor the bathroom toilet, tub and floor wasn’t clear, The room had a terrible smell,

For no real reason at all, I was told to leave the property and my extended reservation was canceled. The staff claimed they had conflicts with me that I'm completely unaware of. They couldn't provide me any evidence of what they claimed had occurred and quite honestly, I was treated vvery poorly throughout my entire stay. The fact that every request for assistance seemed like a bother to the staff and they turned their dislike for their job upon me, the paying guest. There was a fire alarm that went off for an hour that was handled without any empathy or compassion. Truly, if people want to work in hospitality-make sure you like helping people feel comfortable!! This property was so uncaring about thr comfort of their guests. I'm completely disappointed with my stay there. I would never recommend them to anyone. On the contrary, I would warn people to stay somewhere else.

The bathroom 🛀 shower is cracked and discolored.

Room are old looking smells like mold tub and toilet are backed up

Nothing It was disgusting and the staff was rude and it smelled awful

There was a man at the front desk that worked there and was very rude because I booked 3 rooms through Expedia and he stated I had to have 3 different booking numbers. As I tried to talk to him he overtalked me and was very negative.
