The location of the hotel was excellent. It was especially helpful that the Denali tundra wilderness tour picks up at the hotel. The star of the show of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we interacted with from bell service, to the restaurant, waitress, the receptionist and the manager were all excellent! So very friendly!!!

Parking was inconvenient and the lack of working carts made what could be a neat experience one that was less than desirable.

Great location away from the bustle of downtown. So peaceful and quiet, yet a walk or drive to town. Beautiful views, I slept with the shades open so I could enjoy the view from the minute I opened my eyes to the minute I closed them at the end of the day.

This was a last minute booking because everything else was full. Price wise it was more than we wanted for one night and unplanned. The second we opened the door we knew that we made the right choice! Then we walked out on the balcony and sat down to a view of denali and it's mountains! It was at this point that we decided next trip up to denali this will be out chosen accommodations! And yes, for multiple nights!

Great place in a near perfect location

There were lot of mosquittos over the area so just be prepare.

The choices in the dining room were not good. We all wanted a smash burger and that was what they were out of. Would not rush back.

Was surprised because I’m traveling a lot and the first time it happened they didn’t clean their rooms or have any service until you call them. We stayed there three nights and for the price we paid. I think they should at least freshen up every day. Another thing that was the first hotel in lobby. There wasn’t any coffee or tea machine then you can make your own to your coffee.

Great friendly staff!

This property has significant ADA compliance issues that impact not only people with disabilities but cause potential hazards for anyone due to structural safety concerns and obstacles in ingress/egress areas of the property. I notified management of these concerns and hope they are being addressed.

I had booked a room for 3 and was assigned a king bed. Finally, when I made noise, my room was changed. The room didn’t have any Microwave. WiFi was horrible I had protection plan for this stay and may be I should get full refund

Missing little things like hangers and TV remote

We booked this stay through Hotels.com 6 months ago for our anniversary. When we went to check in, we were advised that we were being transferred to another “sister” property as they were having water problems at one of their other hotels (Grand Denali), so they were moving those guests to Denali Bluffs, therefore kicking us out of our reserved room. Without any other options offered, they directed us to drive 10 minutes down the road to another property. I had assumed it would be a similar room with similar amenities at a similar resort but instead of our booked/paid for Deluxe King we were downgraded to a 2 bed Standard. I would not be booking at Denali Bluffs nor through Hotels.com in the future. Such a disappointing experience with both.

Location was perfect. The restaurant staff was incredibly kind. The restaurant's food was really good. Housekeeping was quick to respond to our requests. Plenty of staff to assist throughout. Cafe and souvenir shop was also great Didn't expect to walk our luggage through terrain and then up a flight of steps. The breakfast voucher was no different than the actual price, which is a lot for breakfast.

The kitchen was out of a couple things for dinner and when you have a small menu to begin with makes it hard to have a noce meal...
-
Great location and super nice staff but the rooms are not what are pictured in the photos.
-
The staff were nice and also helpful! The room was rundown.
-
Close to the national park and was also the pick up hub for our tour into Denali Park. The water pipe makes a lot of noises from the room above using the restroom. Was sort of annoying through the night.
-
The only positive about this property is the location. Everything else is just terrible!

Great staff, beautiful hotel. One great feature was that I was traveling by train and when I got on in Anchorage, they asked me what hotel in Denali and my bags were automatically sent to the hotel and direct to my room so I didn’t have to bother with my bags which was a great convenience. All of the staff were very helpful and super friendly.
