Hotel itself was ok. The staff was excellent. The transportation at the hotel was not up to par. The roadway was hazardous and steps need attention. It would have been nice to have paved access from the highway to the hotel and rooms:: very dangerous for people with limited mobility

Its a very basic cabin. Do not expect any fancy hotel amenities here. Its a great location to park entrance with great food options nearby. Given the location Denali which is somewhat remote, this is one of the most practical resorts there is.

Very good property nestled in woods. The road to the hotel is uphill however the shuttle service is really good. The staff is very helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Just one point to note - If you arrive from Fairbanks by train you reach hotel by 12:30 pm and your room may not be ready till 4pm. It happened to us and we would have appreciated clear timeline for room availability so that we could have used those 4 hrs going to visitor center in the Denali park.

Adorable little cabins with great Mountain View’s. Staff were fantastic and always professional and polite. If we needed help, it came immediately. Great location near shops, ice cream and restaurants. Amazing pizza at Prospectors . When booking , there was a 49th State restaurant on site. Upon arrival, it was a new restaurant called Takos. We were disappointed with that. Dinner was good, but $12-$19 for a breakfast burrito and coffee was not for us. Would definitely stay again.

Everything went well. Only complaint is that the shuttle wasn't available all day. Being out of service for several hours in the middle of the day was not very helpful

We had an excellent experience at Crows Nest! The cabin was very comfortable - the king bed was very nice and the large cooler outside was helpful. They have complimentary coffee, ice for the cooler and a nice hot tub. The location is excellent close to the “action” but up away from the busyness.

Arrived 10:45pm, but the front office closed at 10pm. We checked in at Tako restaurant, and they were super helpful and easily able to speak to resort manager and got us checked in. I didn't realize parking lot was a few stories below cabin, so we got taken up in 4x4/Golf Cart, which was fine. Just be aware you will do many flights of stairs without using resort assistance. No problem for me and kids. I like the climbing :). We got to room and room was good. Heater was on, so room was really hot for me and my kids. No worries, we opened a few windows. We were ready for bed, and closed curtains in room, which have something to be desired for anyone needing "black out". Bring face cover if you are light sensitive at night sleeping. We had one for my son luckily! Adjacent restaurant had really good chips/salsa and variety of tacos. Got 2 free drinks at bar for stay. There is ice chest outside each room and available ice bags to keep any perishables cool. We didn't have anything, so didn't need to use. Very short drive to Denali Park entrance. May not have been exactly what I has imagined, but was very nice for our stay. My kids said it was "cute and cozy"!

Nice staff. Cute cabin.

Great place to be when you are going to and from Denali National Park area. Local food is good too.
-
Great hot tub with mountain view. Staff was amazing
-
Good location near National Park Entrance. Room uncomfortably hot, no fan or AC. Window screens with large gaps allowing mosquitos. Parking at low level, walk up 3 long sets of stairs to 400 level rooms. No housekeeping, but requested “refresh” after second night, did receive, even after requesting second time. Stayed early June (very long days), curtains do not block out daylight. Stayed in “suite,” no dresser. Daylight showing on back wall under sink. Common area shared by all guests directly next to only operable windows, no privacy.

We made last minute arrangements for the Crows Nest , we were the first guests there under the new ownership , staff was great , cabin on the side of a mountain was good for a one night stay it was small and kinda out of level , the walkway to get to town isn’t very doable for older folks and the driveway was very steep for walking

Location is great. Right next to Denali National Park. Room was pretty clean. Its a fun tree house vibe. Tacos at the restaurant we're expensive but good. Weird vibes at the Crows Nest. It seems they have a lot of amenities that they dont really want you to use. The fire pit was unkempt and the staff didnt have a way to light it or put it out. They offer a free Paloma, but only during 2 random hours of the day. The hot tub closes at 8, which is super early for the summer. And you have to make a reservation to use it. It was also kinda dirty.

The view was absolutely beautiful

Loved Crows Nest. Just an amazing area. All the staff were great. Thank you!

House is very fun and original; our son loved it. Frozen breakfast to cook is not the way we conceive breakfast.
-
It is very conveniently located, I was able to go running from there to the park in my morning runs.

Loved it!

It was okay. The only problem was they cut out the water without notice and didn't resolve the problem.

Location, bar, restaurant. The shuttle availability was great. Staff was phenomenal. Room setup. An end table by both beds would be great.
