Everyone was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The first night I was bothered by excessive ambient noise that I thought was coming from the air conditioning system but when I turned it off the noise persisted. The next day I noticed the noise was from the small fridge and when that was turned off it was fine. The amenities as far as the lobby is quite small so I give it an overall 3.5 star experience instead of a full 4 star. But the main thing was the room was comfortable.

As always excellent service, james and Nate at 54thirty rooftop bar are outstanding.

This Hotel was perfect for us. Stayed 4 days. Everything we needed was walking distance. The rooms were clean however there was only one small small drawer. So we lived out of our suit cases for the 4 days there. That was a small inconvenience we didn’t expect. Also note they don’t accept vertical ID/DL. So our 22 year old was unable to order a cocktail at the restaurant which was a bummer for her.

Loved the stay

The carpet in the room had a terrible odor and the room was supposed to be on a high floor . I had booked online and called the hotel after booking to confirm "high floor" it was disappointing

Great gym and rooftop bar. Easy access to 16th street and downtown to walk to.

High parking rate for valet. All hospitality staff was excellent.

The location is walkable to restaurants and shops in downtown. The room is clean plus the view of the downtown at night. none

Convenient location, amazing staff, very nice clean rooms. Corner view was definitely worth the upgrade. Definitely will be back

The upstairs bar was really cool My room was expensive and wasn’t even cleaned properly. I had hand prints on the head board, stains on the floor and shower floor, No trash bags in any trash cans. $62 a night for parking after I already paid about $600 for a 2 night stay is insane.

Rates were different over night for the same room and I was told at check in that it would be the same. I requested a low floor room and they told me they’d secure one after the first night and they never reached out and never followed through. Front desk staff was pointing and laughing at guests at the check in desk, very inappropriate

Right in the middle of the city, so lots to do. Very clean, very spacious. Staff is super nice. I was just up really high, I’m scared of heights. Not a big deal
