The overall stay and the breakfast were great! However, the cleanness of the bedding may need more attention.

We love staying with Hilton. They are always wonderful.

Breakfast could be better. Should have more varieties. Both days of our stay it was the same thing.

The hotel should not sell more parking passes than the actual number of available spaces. If a guest pays for parking, they should at least have a parking spot. The staff was also rude and did not explain the parking situation clearly.

The breakfast selection was amazing.

Newer hotel, very clean! Enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and cocktails in the bar in the evening. It’s a great location in downtown, walkable to a lot of things. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was okay and amenities were good. Gym was nice and big. The breakfast was disappointing because they always ran out before 10am. Food was scarce.

Breakfast was good overall, with a nice variety of options. Since we were there during a large conference, the fresh fruit and oatmeal were often gone early. If we arrived after 9:00 a.m., the selection was noticeably more limited. There were also times when the breakfast area ran out of flatware, and guests had to use disposable utensils. Despite those minor issues, the breakfast staff were exceptional. They were always friendly, hardworking, and eager to help, which made for a positive experience each morning. The parking garage was very tight, which made navigating and parking a bit challenging. Entering the garage could also be frustrating because the entrance was easily blocked. At times, vehicles were stopped while guests checked in, and on one occasion a caterer parked at the entrance while unloading an order. This left us unable to enter the parking structure until they returned and moved their vehicle. The elevator system was also frustrating during our stay. Only three of the four elevators were operating, and the room key frequently failed to work consistently. Getting to the parking garage added another layer of difficulty. Since only certain elevators accessed the garage, we often had to send one elevator away and wait, hoping the correct one would arrive. Staying on the 18th floor made this especially inconvenient, as it sometimes took several attempts just to get down to our car. While these issues didn't overshadow our stay, improving access to the parking garage and simplifying the elevator system would make the overall guest experience much smoother.

The late night staff could be a lot nicer and more receptive . Also it was a major inconvenience with the parking garbage being full and having to find parking. The room was nice however it wasn’t much of a city view . House keeping was amazing and so were the bartenders and breakfast attendants. Close walking to nightlife and restaurants .

It was ridiculous that they charge $45 parking and I couldn’t park due to parking being full and I had to park blocks away and still pay $45 parking fee I will never stay at that hotel again

My room was clean and just as described when I booked. Front desk and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

Will be staying here again in the future

The in biulding parking was nice. Location next to 16th was very nice.

Loved the decor and amenities in the lobby. Room was great and spacious. Location is very good, very walkable area. I would stay here again
