All amenities were perfect, but the parking fee was very expensive.

Their systems had been down and I completely understand but they checked me into a room and someone else was already checked into. I went back down stairs to let them know and they completely laughed it off like it did not matter. I called corporate and they also just told me I need to understand systems were down and had no regard for my concerns. I normally enjoy Hilton but this was a very uncomfortable experience.

Easy check in. The hotel was nice and clean and the location is within walking distance of several stores, restaurants and bars. Parking (it is covered) filled up fast on the weekend and there is no valet. But there is public parking across the street if needed. 10/10. I have stayed here a few times already.

The room was great! Super clean and absolutely worth the money. There was a dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, and a reasonably sized fridge, all of which would be perfect for a longer stay! My one issue is that parking is a little bit confusing. My husband and I got in late, and the parking garage was full, however, the sign didn’t say that, so I didn’t know until I went in to ask. The lady at the front desk was wonderful though, and extremely knowledgeable about other options that were relatively convenient.

The breakfast was so so and they kept running out of silverware and food.

Property is situated convenient to the 16 th street free bus and all there is to see in downtown Denver. Property itself is clean , parking for $55 a night is steep and was full when we arrived due to a concert in the area However a garage around the corner was convenient and less $$. Overall I’d recommend if you want to be downtown.

We found cockroach in the room

Paid extra for certain room and asked multiple times for sheets and pillows for the pull-out couch and we were told they were too busy. So the whole family had to cram into a bed together. Not the biggest deal, but the staff was not helpful about the situation and we were told there was nothing they could do about it since we paid through Expedia.

The location is great. The breakfast was far more than I expected. There was a variety of hot and cold items available.

Good value in downtown. Gorgous lobby, room a little rough-up - picture missing from wall with hooks still in place, the 30" metal drain cover in shower removed and propped against shower wall, bedside table had a lil melted spot, and room door was propped open (with the interior latch) when we got there. Might stay here again if not for the BARN DOOR bathroom, ugh. Great breakfast.

Asked for an extra pillow and never got one.had no trash bags in any of the trash cans.half bottles of dish soap..and the mattress is very uncomfortable

Great central location for baseball and 16th St shops. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space and bed was comfy. We did have a small clog in our sink that got addressed quickly and effectively.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand soap and lotion, very good quality! Bed was comfortable but only had three pillows. Requested a fourth from front desk but took a long time for it to arrive (had to call 2nd time) In general, don't like bathroom barn doors. The one in our room, (because of the position of the guide on the floor, the gap was quite wide) offered minimal privacy. Price was fair for the area, however should not be charged $55 per day to park in the garage that was attached to the hotel.
