Staff were great. Best hotel breakfast ever. Great location. Need to fix the water issue though. Pressure far too low to shower and the toilet even stopped working due to water. This gets fixed and they are 5 stars.

All the staff were very helpful, happy, respectful, they smiled and greeted every guest that they came in contact with. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. the rooms were stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing experience with Embassy Suites Downtown Denver we will definitely be staying again.

We love Embassy Suites Hotels , great locations and always clean nice stays. This particular location could use a smart TV upgrade so you can stream your own shows, also there is no fan in the bathroom so showers get super steamy.

Fire Alarm went off in the middle of the night. No guidance from staff, no all clear. Beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Spacious rooms and breakfast. There were issues with the bathroom faucets and drain on day 1 which got fixed later after lodging the complaint.
