Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Chef Amit made great omelettes. Front desk was very friendly and helpful with questions. Frequent and convenient text messages were sent to check in on us and answer questions, including fast check out process. Clean, bright, spacious lobby area made waiting very enjoyable. Thank you!

The staff wasn't very helpful. They force valet parking on you , so you have to wait at least 5 minutes anytime you want to leave. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other Embassy Suites. There was always a crowd at the elevators, sometimes having to wait for the next elevator.

The key card didn’t work and wasted my time going up and down 3 times and I booked a 2 queen beds , I got one queen bed so I had to sleep on the pull out sofa which isn’t comfortable at all. They gave me another room but it was occupies so I had to go back to my original room. That was a waste of my time

Rooms were big, great amenities, breakfast was great (although the same items everyday). Central to pretty much everything in downtown Denver

Absolutely loved everything about this property (except the $$$ parking fees) clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and evening reception, convenient location.

The breakfasts are so handy and quick when we are traveling. It is nice to have the breakfast ready in the morning instead of having to go out and wait to place an order and then wait to have it brought to our table - for us it is a waste of time. The rooms are always clean and they have everything we need to get ready for a busy day. The staff is always friendly and welcoming with a smile. These are the reasons we prefer Embassy Suites over any other hotel.

The hotel was located in a great spot..very close to all major attractions. The breakfast was outstanding! The evening snack and beverage service was fantastic! We had a suite and the major issue was the sofa bed and the sofa bed mattress was very old and worn out-provided no back support..I spoke with front desk and they gave us a second mattress but it did not help much as it was also very worn. Management needs to re invest some money into hotel and purchase new sofa beds and mattresses!

Please ensure rooms occupied are cleaned in a timely manner. I had dinner at 7 and at 5:30pm my room still wasn’t serviced.

All staff were so friendly when we had breakfast this morning. And what a great omelette the chef made 😋😋

The breakfast was outstanding and the hospitality each afternoon was wonderful. The rooms were large and the location across from the convention center was perfect.
