Dirty and run down. They charged triple a night for parking and across the street it’s way cheaper. Not worth the money to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast in the morning was a little chaotic. They were out of many foods, coffee & utensils.

Tru is a reliable brand. There is ample breakfast and fitness center. The lobby is clean and so are the rooms which have full cable tv and youtube. I will stay again

Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff, excellent amenities - would definitely stay here again! The 24 hour gym was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay!

When we made the reservation it said there was valet parking and when we got there we found out that had been discontinued. We weren’t told that you had to use your room key to operate the elevators, and we were on the 20th floor and only two elevators would take you to the parking garage. If the other elevators came up you had to wait until someone else used it bed you could try again for the elevators that went to the parking garage because the other doors would open and not call for another elevator.

The location is absolutely crap. obviously thats what you get in the city sometimes. But my big complaint is charging over 200 for one night and then charging $55 for parking. Definitely not impressed with that. I paid 270 total for a basic room for one night. Id stay again if they'd rethink the parking charge.

We had a few issues with the refrigerator in the room and the TV remote not working right. We also couldn’t find an Ice bucket. Other than those issues we had a great time. The place was very clean and the staff were very helpful with our issues.

Aside from our room and bathroom, everything else in the building are clean and smells fresh. Staff are accommodating. I like that there's enough bathroom supplies i.e. soap, shampoos.

We loved the location, everything was clean, nice choices for breakfast, the kids loved the mini shuffleboard... But we all came home with bruises on our shins from the bed frames sticking out too far and having a tiny walkway between bed and TV stand.

Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices. We went close to ending time the first day and there was still plenty of food out. The property is close to several stores to include CVS Walgreens and target plus all kinds of restaurants. Coors field is a 5 min drive or 20 minute walk if you plan to make a game. Only downside was a large amount of homeless in surrounding areas and everything closes by 10pm. Definitely would recommend and would stay again

The room was clean, staff refreshed breakfast items in timely manner, and there were numerous tasty breakfast options. I did not have a drink at the bar but it was clean and looked like it was a full bar.

The room was clean and the hotel was in the perfect location for the event we were attending. We waited for an hour and a half past check in time for our room to be ready which made us run late to our event. There was not communication prior saying there was a delay in our room being ready. Parking is a little pricey as well.
