Super convenient location and our room was like an apartment. Great place to unwind and welcome other out of town friends attending the same wedding. We were able to walk to Rockies stadium, restaurants, and the wedding.

The shower was magnificent! Location could not be better as far as interesting things to see and do and being close to train and on 16th street mall Maybe a bit quieter than I expected. Could be a benefit though

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The check in was easy, and the rooms were clean and the perfect temperature. I slept great (with the help of their rain channel) thanks to the super comfortable bed and pillows. The amenities are impressive. A restaurant and cafe on site, and a market with affordable snacks and necessities. Check out was also very easy, and they even held our bags for us while we went to an event that didn't allow them. I'm definitely booking here again next time I'm in town.

We didn’t qualify for a late check out because we booked through Expedia instead of through Marriott. We were given a handicap room where the bed was knee high ( and I’m short ) because we booked through Expedia instead of Marriott. They would not let us exchange rooms because we booked through Expedia instead of through Marriott without paying a $50 room cleaning g fee. Even though I am a member of Marriott’s reward program I didn’t qualify for points because I booked through Expedia instead of through Marriott. Two different front desk employees clearly let us know that because we booked through Expedia instead of Marriott, we didn’t count as a Marriott guest. Our sink was clogged up and didn’t drain properly. There was dried up urine around the toilet and they still wouldn’t let us change rooms without paying a $50 cleaning fee. The other couple we traveled with had their shower and sink clogged up to a point the water was backed up 2” deep. To make matters even worse the other couple we were traveling with did book through Marriott and they paid exactly ten cents more than we did by booking with Expedia. Never again will I use Expedia’s to book anything and I will never stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Denver. They charge $48 to park overnight, and right across the street you can park for $15 for 24 hours The whole experience was awful.
