The room was very comfortable, quiet, and the AC worked great! It was conveniently located and walking distance to shopping and dining.

Our stay was a good one, with some minor issues. Upon check-in our room was not ready, because we specifically booked an outside facing room. When we returned after 3:00 pm we were given the keys to an interior-facing room. The staff was very friendly and was able to move us quickly. There seemed to be a general disconnect in communication. We were not given any direction at check-in regarding the complimentary breakfast, wi-fi access or any information about the property. There was nothing provided in the room with information. Our first 2 nights, there was no housekeeping, which wasn't a big deal, except we left a note for them because the in-room coffee maker did not work. It was not communicated to us how often housekeeping came. Overall, nice hotel with clean, basic accommodations. The location is convenient and very walkable. Valet was $67 per night, but there was a garage next to the hotel that was only $27.

I had an interior room that was VERY loud from the industrial air conditioner outside, Shower also leaked all over the bathroom which made for a very slippery situation. The coffee shop in the lobby opened later than advertised everyday I was there.

The woman who was working at the check in desk in the late evening the night of my stay was incredibly kind. I purchased some items from the shop and she anticipated my needs and brought me some other needed items I had not thought to ask about. The room was comfy and clean and the building was beautiful. I loved the bathroom in our room. Just think the room was kind of basic.

Taking some stars off singular to a bad encounter with the bar staff. We arrived back from a show around 1130pm. We wanted ice for some cold drinks after a really hot day. The ice machine was out of order and had to go to the bar. I was ignored by the bar staff as they could see what I was looking for and instead focused on “paying” customers for the next 5-7 minutes. And only was given a small amount of ice. Otherwise great experience
