Loved this hotel! We moved here after we had to leave another hotel due to an issue, and the staff made us feel extremely welcome. The hotel was very clean and had all of the amenities, I do wish that there was free coffee set up in the lobby area and an option to add breakfast to the room rate would’ve been nice. But overall loved it.

Our stay was awesome - room clean and comfortable - restaurant bar was great- so was the service and great outdoor rooftop pool!

Good hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing particularly exceptional, but overall a solid stay. One downside was that the lobby occasionally smelled like raw sewage.

The location was great. We loved the pool and the gym. They were short staffed in the dining area making it difficult to get food in a timely manner.

I booked two King Bed City view rooms. They were both great. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They were spacious and came with a small couch and desk space. The bathrooms were large, very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly. I also paid an additional fee for early check in. It was well worth it. Love the area and the location is perfect. Sits within the North end of the 16th street mall. Super close to Ball Arena. Parking was available however we were able to get around by using the free mall ride and walking. Will definitely stay here again.
